Far better quality than the plastic lazy goose necks. I have had three lazy goose necks and they all break after a few months. These metal and spring versions of the same thing are far superior.

Disappointed as the gripper part does not hold fire tablet well if it has a coverbon it. Similar products compensate for that. All tablets will have cover of some kind please note that feedback as the rest of the item works perfectly well.

I have this holding a tablet, clamped at an odd angle, on a gaming well frame and it is sturdy.

I use this to hold my iPad in order to extend its lifespan as I would keep dropping it! The clamp is fixed to a windowsill near my chair and would fit much thicker anchor points. There are four easy to turn screw type tighteners for the main hinges and a spring loaded grasper for the iPad.It’s very easy to manoeuvre the tablet into the perfect position once the various screws are tweaked to secure the clamp. I previously had a stronger (and much more expensive) version that wasn’t as manoeuvrable and eventually snapped. There’s a little shaking when using my iPad in this clamp and I’m fairly sure the weight is its limit as it isn’t the strongest version of this type of device I’ve seen. That said, it’s much easier to use so I’m happy with it. Promptly delivered.

Not sure why the bad reviews 🤷🏻‍♂️ Solid well made and stable. If it’s put together correctly can’t see why any issues. Fixed solid with the clamp and plenty of tilt/rotation options. Perfect.
