Pretty good for what it is.
It’s basically a sock with sole. Bought my normal size as it aligned with the sizing chart. They are snug but they do stretch a bit, so since this is supposed to be a sock shoe and more of a barefoot feel then it’s expected.I use these for martial arts class and it provides good traction for when practicing strikes and kicks but there is noticeable slipping if you run around on the mats.
