Tiny lights that work amazingly well!
Love these lights! Bought a second set and strung them up using ties to the bottom of my 11 ft wide umbrella and connected them via a long UBS(12 ft) chord to light them. They actually look like they are made for this. The light is softer-ish. They are not too bright and they just look great.Since I have attached them with ties, they stay on the umbrella when I close it, and then when I open the umbrella, they are there and all I have to do is plig the chord and I’m in business.I know people complain about the price of these but I don’t believe there is anything else that is even in this price range that would accomplish the same easy to use lighting that these provide.I’m so glad I bought those and not some imported product of dubious quality. These are good quality, work great and achieve way more than I thought they would.

Love Goal Zero
I use these lights when camping outside of my trailer. Probably the only annoying part of them is that I need a battery to power them or I need to run them into my trailer for USB power. Just fun for camping.

Excellent product, almost worth the price
A a Scouter, I camped ALOT in the past, although I have slowed down in the past year or so. At my peak, least once a month you would find me tent camping. All kinds of weather from 100 degree summer days to below freezing winter nights. After a time, one finds that small creature comforts make all the difference in the world between 'roughing it" and feeling like you are glamping out of a pack.I found these lights to fall into the 'creature comfort' category. They are light enough to throw into a pack, and yet still give you that 'boujee" feel once you set up camp. They are DURABLE (have several years of camping time and miles on them) I have never had a problem with anything. When used with a solar panel (not included) for recharging your basic power source (also, not included), they are virtually always available. The 4 lights throw off more than enough light for a large tent or a small shelter or to light a walkway through the guylines of a tight camp. I found that I normally only needed one or two, depending on the task (spare your eyes, not your power when reading after dark). The colored shrouds add a fun element anytime you get bored with the standard white shrouds. The individual switchability of the lights gives light distribution and power consumption options that an 'always on" setup will not.5 stars all the way around, except for the price. I just couldn't bring myself to give 5 stars there. Would I buy again at that price? Yes, in a heartbeat, which may give you all the answer you need in that regard.

Very fancy goal zero lights for Honda Element Car Camping
I wish Amazon sold extra shades. I'd like to purchase another set of these.

Simple, easy to use light
I had never seen these before in person. I thought they would be a great addition for outside lights as we sit around camp. The lights work great, but I feel like they are a bit overpriced for what you get. You are buying the name a bit here. I have a GoalZero 1500x in the van, I love it. I will be wiring up some lights for a fraction of this price. I could see these being used on a hiking trip, with an external power source (USB). Would be sweet in a tent.

Worked perfectly during scout campout
These lights were used to provide light for a 10 x 20 canopy. We started breakfast early in the morning and used these lights and a battery pack. They provided ample light and was efficient on the battery pack.

The Chainable Feature is New but not Necessarily an Improvement
I have been a Goal Zero fan for more than ten years. I like their innovation and design with the batteries and lighting systems. The latest version of this lighting four-pack was modified to utilize four separate light with male / female USB connectors at each end of the cable. The previous version had a single cable with the four lights hardwired in series. I prefer the single cable for a couple of reasons: The single cable has several extra feet at the end where it is plugged into the battery allowing more extension away from the power source; the individual USB cables have a habit of coming apart since they were designed without a positive stop or retention clip which makes the system less durable in my mind. Overall these lights still perform, but I preferred the original design for durability and distance.
