I like how small and efficient this diffuser is. I use it in my work van as delivery driver to help purify the air. Great price and lasts most of the day.

However, after speaking with the manufacturer about my issue, I was assured I had either received a used diffuser or a diffuser damaged in shipping. So a replacement was issued and everything's working just fine.I so love these cute little things. They pack a huge aroma punch to be so little. Very user friendly, sleek, modern and such an eye catcher. I love the 3 different settings.....I've had bigger diffusers in the past that only had one setting, so 3 settings is such a nice feature.You get a cute little suede storage bag, a carrying strap and a little adhesive mounting sticker for wall mounting.I like to switch up the locations because you can practically put this diffuser anywhere. Very versatile and fairly quiet....and thank God it doesn't have to attached to the charging port to operate.I always turn it to the lowest setting because I find the lowest setting sufficient enough to output enough aroma, especially when I'm doing yoga or relaxation exercises.Definitely will be buying more of these as Christmas gifts.5 stars all the way around!Old review.........I charged them up right away when they arrived and was pleasantly surprised how fast they charged. I bought both the Wood Grain and Dark Brown and loved them.....their size, their user friendly design, 3 wind speed options for such small lil' things and the aroma power they punched despite being so compact.Then my blissful dream entered a nightmare.......I charged them the next day and it took hours to charge. I thought maybe it was just a fluke or something was wrong with my charging port but who was I kidding? The following day......the same thing.Very disappointed in something I was looking forward to and perhaps buying as Christmas gifts.3 star deduction for the charging issues. If someone from the company's quality control department reads this...please work on the charging issues. This little thing should not be taking hours to charge.

This little thing is great! I bought the light wood grain color and thought it was going to be plastic made to look like wood. In fact, it has a real wood veneer over the plastic devise. It seems really well made for what it is and it's quite handsome. Plus, the packaging and added accessories (velvet carry pouch with real wood beads, little lanyard to carry or hang it from, a reusable silicon(?) non-slip/non-vibration pad for use in the car, 8 oil absorbent pads and a USB charging cable) are all really nice quality! The fan has 3 speeds, the lowest of which is so quiet you can't even hear that it's on. The other two create a tiny fan sound but nothing even louder than a laptop. I read some complaints that it was too subtle and didn't produce enough scent. I agree it isn't going to scent your whole home or even a large office space but for a car, a cubicle or a small bathroom, it's perfect. And, it also has to do with how much essential oil you put on the pad, one drop isn't going to do much but I used about 4-5 drops of eucalyptus oil and my car smells like heaven (an it's strong!). Remember, this is a waterless diffuser so there's no steam, it just blows the air through the oil saturated pad - which is why it's perfect for the car. I'm absolutely happy with my purchase!

I have been using tealight-based diffusers for many years and like them. However, I wanted something that didn't require me to haul around candles or risk slopping water everywhere. My entire "house" isn't even 35 sq. ft. and I don't have room for a lot of paraphernalia. It appears that many of the other styles of non-tealight-based diffuser get gummed up with oils and have to be cleaned. I don't want to mess around with that. Plus, even the small ones are actually kind of large for my space.This unit is small and simple...it's a fan. Because of that, I was concerned that it wouldn't work to diffuse the oils very well. I was wrong about that. I pulled it out of the box immediately yesterday morning and started it up...my house was filled with scent. I'm running it again the next morning...again, my house is filled with scent. In fact, it is more effective than my tealight-based diffuser.We are, however, talking about a 35 square foot space. The airflow created by this unit may not be enough to cover a larger area. For a car, a small room, or personal space such as a desk, it's absolutely wonderful...exactly what I was hoping for.

This essential oil diffuser did not work for what I had intended, which nevertheless should have been easy for a diffuser of its design. I had intended to slip it in the backseat net of my vehicle’s driver seat and leave it there, plugged via USB-C permanently to my car’s power, and turn it on every time I would take my car out for a ride.This intention was hampered by the design decision, which I still do not understand, to place the USB-C plug at the back of the diffuser rather than at one of its sides. Had the USB-C plug been at one of the sides of this diffuser, it would have been perfect for my in-vehicle cable arrangement. Furthermore, with the USB-C plug located at the back of this diffuser, I do not understand how one is supposed to lay this diffuser down on a surface such as a desk, for example, and keep it plugged to power in order to keep it running for an extended period of time. I am not this product’s designer, but I will say anyway that in my opinion, a side USB-C plug was necessary. It did not happen.Also, I did not really smell any particular diffusion of a scent in any vehicle of any size I used it in: an extra-large SUV or a mid-size sedan.I am returning mine.

I would have returned this product if I only knew where the box and the cable were... The charging method from bellow prevents use while charging. It's clearly audible while it functions, my wife hates the noise so I just turned it off. I used it with pure coconut oil, which should provide a good scent but to no avail. I'm very disappointed with this product. It looks good but that's not all...

Very poorly finishedOne unit isn't closed properly, and tried pushing it together but there's no slack. from experience I'd say something is stuck/pushing the two parts apart...makes you wonder about the quality and care given when finishing these items, an subsequently the quality of material (particularly worried about the battery assembly now if they were trying to cut corners)The second one has a screw close to the rim of the screw hole and it turns on the spot, not going in nor coming out...and another hole simply has no screws, so that would suggest the unit is closed by 1 screw instead of 3....2 in diagonal would be absolutely sufficient, but again, quality and control before shipping is clearly not a thing here...Other than that the unit seems to be a simple and fairly effective way to spread some smellies.

I love this little diffuser that can be charged by USB cable. Lasts for a couple of hours on low speed. Needs to be close to you to get the benefit. I have on my desk so works well.

Well made, effective in diffusing fragrance from cotton pads. At low speed, you hardly hear any sound. The whirring only becomes obvious at higher speeds. Lightweight too. I’m getting another one!
