Normally a vibrant spice, what was delivered to me tasted like it was either contaminated with soap or washed in soap.This is my first purchase from this seller and I am disappointed that this normally great spice appears to be grossly mishandled.I will sample other sellers, in search of fresh UDA — a truly vibrant African spice.

This is a great spice, but hard to shell.
It took a lot of work and broken fingernails to shell the Uda seeds.
