The best vinaigrette maker I have ever used, certainly the easiest.I use it mostly for Balsamic vinaigrette (my favourite) takes less than five minutes, can't get the same results just shaking the mix in a bottle. The mix emulsifies perfectly for a smooth result.

Easy peasy to use. Just add the ingredients, screw the top back on, then pull and push the plunger up and down a few times to spin the whisk thing. Pour our the perfectly mixed dressing and put the mixer in the dishwasher.....done. We found it quick and easy to use as well as being mess free. OK its a hardly a necessary kitchen utensil...nobody's going to suffer by not having one, but it one of those little items that makes food preparation that little bit easier and more enjoyable.

Great kitchen device. Super easy to use and wash. Avoid the dishwasher tho.

This is actually pretty clever - it's a salad dressing maker! I don't even eat salad but I would use this for marinades and even pancake mixture. It's a decent size, big enough for a group of people who really want some Thousand Island on their lettuce. You simply pop the lid off, pour in your ingredients, squish the top back on, untwirl the thing at the top until it's undone and then you can pull the plunger up and start mixing the ingredients together... and then you can pour the dressing from the spout on the side! It is a really clever idea in theory, it just doesn't feel all that durable. You do get the numbers up the side to tell you how much you're putting in too, and it's dishwasher friendly. I do like this product, and I now want a salad.... just for the dressing, you understand.

This is perfect for making dressings. The paddles whisk the oil and vinegar together much more effectively that other small whisks I have used to do this. This means your dressing remains mixed for longer and so you get an even spread when poured over the salad. It doubles as a storage container for the dressing and so it will keep for several days. A few pumps of the handle and the dressing is mixed again and ready for use.

This is just what I've been looking for, for my salad dressing. I tend to have a basic recipe that I used most of the time for my lunch salads. I tablespoon of rapeseed oil, one tablespoon of balsamic vineger, sea salt and black pepper. Usually I put this in a little jam jar and shake up, but this emulsifier mixer means that I can make my dressing in bulk for the week and store it in the fridge and just whisk and pour the amount I need on a daily basis. Brilliant!

Broke the first time I used it and cut my hand when it snapped. Very disappointed
