I did an ok job of applying it, but I wished it came in 1 piece rather than 2 pieces - was too hard to line up. It’s only the width of a door so a 1 piece design wouldn’t be cumbersome. It’s adhering well and looks good except for the one spot in the seam between the 2 pieces that I misaligned.

I wanted something to cover a window and not see the neighbors yard but would allow me to open the curtains . Just what I was looking for . Will order more for my basement windows.

I would probably find a little village like this one and have a few cats. I thoroughly enjoy looking at this wall mural, and have received many compliments about it.

This is overall a great mural, but there are a few things to be aware and careful of. My pocket door measured 80" in height, which was 1.25 inches taller than the panel. (I'm not sure if pocket doors are taller than regular hinged doors. ) To preserve the optical illusion, I had to adjust at the top by adding an extra trim piece that was wider than the gap, so it looked like part of the door frame. To apply, I lined up mural piece #1 with non-hinge side of the door and marked a straight line across the top as well. Second piece was lined up first with center seam and smoothed outward toward the hidden/hinge edge. Extra wood trim was painted and applied AFTER mural. Next morning, the mural had come off the door down one side and partially off the second side and bottom. I've secured them with the glue, but it could have ended badly with rips and being caught inside the pocket. So measure, plan adjustments, and have glue on hand. Last picture shows scale next to a fairly low chair used in this room. Photo quality of mural is good. I'm satisfied, but if I hadn't had the time/skill to make the adjustments, I would have returned it due to the short length. 1 WEEK UPDATE AFTER APPLICATION: DISAPPOINTING that center seam edges are now separating and curling, ruining the mural effect. I have requested a replacement from Amazon but unfortunately that also requires return of the defective mural. It will be interesting getting the glued edges off the door and sending back what is basically used fancy contact paper. Hoping that the replacement mural adheres better to the surface. REPLACEMENT UPDATE: edges have not adhered well. I finally am satisfied after using scrapbooking rolling tape on ALL EDGES ON BOTH PIECES. Mural would not adhere without. BOTTOM LINE: if you are willing to secure ALL edges of both pieces with additional double-sided tape of some kind, this will be a fun addition to your decor. If you're not willing to do that, I wouldn't advise purchasing this high-tech contact paper, as it may peel off, droop, and eventually tear.

I put this on our basement door at the bottom of our stairs. I think it came out really cool, like we’re walking down into the ocean. 🌊 It comes in two panels… the left side is the easy part. The right side was tricky with the door knob and lining up the center so everything matches together 🤪 luckily you are able to peel this off & on numerous times to get it on correctly.

This kept on falling down. Nothing will hold it. NOT IMPRESSED BY IT

Put your favorite music on and take your time putting this up. I'm a 5'4 female, did it by myself using a stepladder.You want to peel the whole first side down bit by bit, and start from top to bottom. I worked from the left side top to bottom to the right side. I didnt have a lot of issues with air bubbles doing it that way, and it was easier to line up the two halves. Again top to bottom working from left to right. Prob took me 30-45 min.I think the hardest part was the door knob 😅 I didnt perfect it by any means, but all in all, I LOVE how it came out x3 fighting the urge to cover ALL my doors in stickers 🥰

I love this mural. High quality image and no issues with it sticking to my door. I’ll buy another if I need it without reservation.UPDATE: I bought the bookcase mural to replace the beach mural because my wife does not want a beach mural in the bathroom. To my great dismay the bookcase mural does not stick to the door like the beach mural did. I removed the beach mural and it cleaned the door very well when pulling it off. I thought the bookcase would have no issues. But twice a day I have to press the mural onto the door because it peels off after a few hours. The corners and the edges for some reason do not stay stuck to the door. I am very unhappy. I will contact the manufacturer and update when/if they help resolve this issue.
