Nick and Eden
I completely and utterly fell in love with this book. I'm so upset that eden and nicks book is over. I know that there is a book 2 about his sister and will probably mention them but I so badly want another eden and Nick book. These are two friends that grew up together until a tragic plan crash killed both of their fathers who were in the same band. After that eden mom moved them away. Eden lost touch with Nick and his family. She did keep in touch with one of his sisters through the years. Now all grown up and making careers for themselves. Nick stumbles upon Eden while she is cheering at a football game. Nick does everything he can think of to get back in touch with her. He was upset when she'd moved away since they were just starting to understand the opposite sex and we're having feeling for one another. Now he wanted to see what they could have. Little by little he got Eden to be with him. He is an amazing pro basketball player. She's a doctor and a cheerleader. Both have busy schedules. He pretty much sweeps her off her feet. Both are having those feelings from years ago resurface. One evening while having fun in bed the condom breaks, neither one really thinking that anything would come of it. Nicks mom manages him and controls him to her needs and has him transferred to a new team right when things were getting deeper between him and Eden. At the same time she finds out that she's pregnant. She's unsure if she wants to tell him since in the back of her mind she knew that things wouldn't get to serious since she's aware of players and their groupies and wasn't sure if she could fully trust him. She's seen what cheating did to her own parents and didn't want to live like that or have her kids with a dad always gone. So when nick tells her about the trade she's keeps quiet. He moves and trys to continue their relationship long distance but Eden starts pulling away from him then down right ignores him hoping he'd take the hint and move on. She does confide in his sister some months down the line who in turn tells her she must tell her brother but promises that she would let Eden handle it. Nicks sister feels Eden is taking to long and plans a "chance meeting" for them. When nick sees Eden and her belly he is understandably pissed off that she hadn't told him from the beginning. At this point he's already head over heels in love with her just hadn't told her. After yelling he storms out. She retreats back home. Nick was playing a game and messed up his knee not being focused on the game but on Eden and the baby and how he can get her to believe her wants her and only her. Since he's unable to plays for a few weeks he goes to Eden and they talk it out and fall back into each other's arms. The next day they go to a baby check up and find out that not only are they having a baby but twins, a boy and a girl. They are both over the moon more nick then Eden at first, she's more shocked. Nicks monster of a mother is still tormenting his life and he gets another agent without her knowing just yet. Complications arrive a month before the babies are due and Eden needs to have a c section. Nick is away for a game and races on 3 planes to get to her in time which he just makes it by the skin of his teeth. Everyone happy and healthy. Eden forces nick who reluctantly goes to his game and then flies right back and a few days later flies out and right back again. With his exhaustion Eden forces him to go home and get real rest then come back to the hospital in the am. While he's gone his mother comes for a visit, and it don't go so well. What to know what happens? Get the book because I won't spoil it for you. But once you've read the wheel book you will then be in the same boat as me wanting another nick and Eden book!!!!!

Nick and Eden
Nick and Eden's story is a whirlwind romance from the beginning that began during their childhood. Many years later, Nick's mother is still pulling him around by strings. Nick must make changes before he loses everything he loves.

Enjoyed
This was a new author that I recently discovered. Overall it was a nice story but personally hate when a parent is horrible. Also would have enjoyed the story more if Eden and Nick were married before the twins were born. I like that it was a basketball romance.

Nicely written and humourous read
I enjoyed reading this novel because it was well written and I also love sports romance. I disliked the hero's mom though what a horribly controlling woman! Nice ending . Definitely looking forward to other books by tvis author.

Great Start to the Series
This story was so enjoyable to read, I loved the chemistry between Eden and Nick. The only thing that really surprised me was the epilogue, it wasn't done in your typical fashion where it sets up the next book instead it was set up with the name of each of the major people in the book with a paragraph telling you a bit about what was happening with them. This was an interesting twist on things because it left Nick and Eden's story wide open for more development through each of the following books in the series.

She loves dancing and is a cheerleader for the Texas Scorpions. When Nick reconnects with her after he sees her at the game the feelings between them ignite. A relationship ensues but is this playboy ready to be a family man? There is no doubting that Nick and Eden belong together, but they must learn to trust each other before they can have their happy ever after.

The kind of love that never dies.
I voluntarily reviewed this advanced readers copy of this book I got from the author and I found it to be a good, fun and sexy story.[...]Eden is a beautiful young woman who has accomplished a lot in her young age and she seems content with how things are going for her.Nick is this hotshot basketball player who has always been in the spotlight, but surprisingly he hasn't been affected by that on a deeper level, he is still a good guy. When they reconnect, there isn't a second of doubt in my mind that they belong together, even though time has passed, they just work.It is a beautiful love story with the necessary drama to be interesting and captivating.I knew the mom would be a problem from the start, and I was rooting for them to beat her at her game !The book has this cute factor based on the idea of two little kids who fall for each other, and then realize that this love was so much stronger that it stayed with them through their lives and now is their moment,I Recommend.

Renewing Their Love
Nick and Eden grew up together, as their families were very close, but tragedy tore them apart in their teenage years. Nick became a famous basketball star and Eden became a doctor, who started her own company. You would think that meeting up again as adults would be smooth sailing, but unfortunately insecurities, job changes, as well as family interference and manipulations, will make it difficult for them to get a happy ending. That is until they decide to fight for it.This is a really interesting story, that will have you laughing one minute, crying the next and then also wanting to punch one of the characters. I actually stayed up late into the early hours of the morning, to finish the book, before I sleep. I highly recommend this book, if you are looking for a real gem to read.

Enjoyed it.
I enjoyed the reconnection these two went through. I loved how they'd had that shared childhood. I felt they didn't deal with his mother well enough but there's got to be an evil character somewhere right?

Juvenile...
Such a hackneyed expression, "my mouth began to water" when used to describe a man/woman and it doesn't really fit. It's generally an expression used when referencing food. Each time an author uses it, I think to myself, "Okay, this is one of those authors, who relies on overused phrases instead of being original."The characters are so shallow, it's all about looks. He keeps telling her that she's so good looking. There's no real intimacy, just physical. And, it was really difficult to tell which character was doing the thinking, because the author had them all speaking with one voice. The leading lady is supposed to be a doctor but had to look up about being pregnant? DNF

Enjoyed
Enjoyed this book. I listened to the narration and it was great. The storyline had me from start to finish. The characters were destined to be together. He kept fighting for their love. A meddling mother didn’t help his cause.
