Good Quality, Dependable Brand
I have been buying 🛒 Urban Platter Almond 🥜 Flour since Aug 2021 🗓️ for Keto Diet 🍽️ needs. While other brands🏷️ are either Comparatively ⚖️ Expensive 💰 or they come and go, but this brand has always been present 🎁. The product has always been consistent, always found it free flowing and fluffy. I have never had any Quality 👌🏻 issues. Of course once the product arrives 📦 🚚, it is my responsibility to keep it secured in air tight condition, take special care in rainy 🌧️ ☔ or humid conditions and consume it timely ⏰. This is one of the two brands that I have found on Amazon that are good 👍🏻. At the time ⌚ of purchase the cost factor kicks 🦵 in 😂. I did try one more brand, but the flour was not free flowing, but a bit lumpy that I didn't like.

Healthy vegan option
Good one, best vegan option, reasonable and delicious too, I made pan cakes with adding topiaco flour because almond flour gluten free cant make pancakes I mixed it with another healthier option..my kid loves it

Grains are not fine
I bought it to make a macaron after reading it's fine grain flour. However, when I filter the flour with a fine sieve, almost half of the amount was not getting thru. And more importantly, the flour seems to be pretty oily already, (since the almond contains oil itself); the baking results did not come up to mark. For other purposes, it would work fine since the flavor is pretty good. It's just not a fine grain flour.

Made a keto cake with this, without using any other flour. Perfectly spongy and spongy!

Very expensive for the quantity of flour, but the quality is fine.
My go-to flour for keto baking. Very expensive but the quality is fine. Im happy that almond flour is finally starting to become more available in India (even though the price is huge)
