Decent price, reasonable quality but good customer service
Unfortunately I ordered this a few weeks prior to use & didn't get a chance to set up just before my event. To find out that one of the support arms broke immediately.Doria at Brandline was very quick to provide resolution by sending a replacement part. Which was easy to replace on one's own.Post replacement, the 20ft side seems to have a bow in it that we could not get to sit flat, even with the top cover. With 6 people, setting it up was more challenging than one would think based on the design, lots of binding points and slow going.Leg adjustments are ok, don't seem super strong but overall we had some winds on and off, nothing crazy and it held it's ground for 6 days. The removable walls with windows is a nice touch and can be used on other awnings with ease.Carrying case is a bit subpar, zipper is already broken, a strap separated and the handle caused a tear in the case while lifting it. Could be better quality. All in all, for $200 on a 10x20 and the customer service, I can't say it's a great buy or a bad one but you should get your money's worth.Latest update, 7/19/24, company contacted me to address the broken carrying case and sent a new one! Hopefully it will last and hold up longer than the first one did!

shade for as little effort as you'd hope to put into it.
We bought two brands of the same thing...the 10x20 easy pop canopy. Our review of both are the same, since both performed identically...so if you see a similarly worded review for another...that was me too. They were the same except for the connection methods for the canopy to the framework. Both worked fine. The Canopy showed up on time, as advertised. You can set it up by yourself, BUT, it is much better to have help. I had help...and it went up fast...minutes. From in the box to providing shade. Take down was just as straight forward, and when we folded it all back up, it went back in the bag easily. We had it out in a slight breeze and had no problems. We did not test it against rain, but looking and touching the material makes it seem that it would provide some coverage, but if it got soaked, the water could bleed through.Over, very happy with this, would recommend for parties and use for a day or two. I don't think it'd last as a permanent or semi permanent placement on a deck or yard.

No water shed. Frame crumbled
Initially I was very pleased with this canopy. But that was just as I opened it and set it up. It appeared to be great quality. The canopy material fit the frame alittle more snug then I thought it should but that wasn't enough to make me think there was a problem. I used it for camping the first time I set it up but thankfully on my own property. It rained, moderately. It wasn't heavy. There was no wind. Everything was set up as it was meant to. But the whole thing crumbled around me.IT DOES NOT SHED WATER.The water pools in the canopy and the frame crumbles even when you're inside it trying to stop it from happening.10 out 10 do not recommend. I would really just like my money back. The test drive failed miserably

Nice tent, some quality issues
The tent was easy enough to set up and the material for the tent is decent for the price however I was disappointed in the quality of the sand bags. The sides ripped on a few of them and sand fell out. If they were just stitched better then I don’t think they would of ripped. Also the carrying case they came in was advertised as a rolling case however my case did not have wheels. The case also ripped right away and is not strong enough for the tent’s weight. It didn’t rain so I can’t speak to the water resistance.

I like the tent, Please Read review. just be aware
When I was purchased my 10 x 20 tent, I read all the reviews first so I was very aware of what I was getting. This is not an expensive heavy duty tent. If you plan on this tent holding up to heavy winds and rains, this is probably not what you want. Quictents advertises this as a temporary party tent. There are a lot of comments that the tent did and did not hold up. My tent did not completely hold up but I also trusted the weather person and did not think I was going to get hit with massively heavy rains and winds. Unfortunately, I had six bars buckle and a quarter of the tent collapsed. That was sad but reading the comments, I was aware it might happen. The day before my yard sale I saw weather might be sketchy so I went to store and purchased some extra rope and stakes and duct tape and was prepared for emergency repairs. I have another event in two weeks so the following business day, I contacted Qictents and they were quick to respond. I did not return the tent as I knew what I buying. I did purchase 6 replacement cross bar assemblies and Quictents was very fast to respond. I will update my review after my second event. However, as of now, I WOULD buy one of their tents again if I ever needed to.Update: I receive the extra cross bars the day after my second evet. Unfortunate, yes but my prior planning of duct tape and extra rope and stakes worked.. the fabric of the tent itself was not damaged much from the storm and provide the shade exactly as I needed. I have since reassemble the tent and installed the new crossbars. It is now back to 95%. I would recommend this tent to anyone just be aware of the weather and be prepared for and accident.

Good quality. Well made
It was very easy to put up and down. Especially if you have enough people for each leg but still works with just a couple of people. Love that we were able to set it up over the tables and chairs the night before and then lower it so that it would be safe in the wind on the edge of a cliff. We have used it twice. Well worth the money!

Not worth it
UPDATEThe seller responded and sent a replacement base which I received today.Great customer service and eager to take care of any issues. This took forever to put up, broke in a few pieces and overall just wasn’t worth the time or money! I had to take together to hold up. It looks nice but now I have to purchase an entire new tent! The poles were not sturdy.
