Works pretty good.For the price and shipping speed it works and does what it needs. I'm able to navigate on the phone and do what I need with no issues really.Pros-Price (pretty cheap and comes with everything you need to replace the screen)Shipping speed (got it the same day my screen broke)Install (Very easy to install apart from a few things listed below)Cons-Thick (the screen is probably 3x as thick as the normal apple one)Color (colors are a little off but that's to be expected since its a different screen type)Fit (It had some brackets on the screen that I had to clip off in order to get it to sit flush on the phone... I also had to attached the screen with tape on the sides since the adhesive it comes with isn't the best, probably my error on the install though.)Will work good until I have time to go look for a new phone and will make transferring data easy since I can now see and use the screen again.

The screen worked well, was easy to install, and the tools made installation easy and quick. I had it done within 30 minutes. The screen is vibrant and has a good touch response, and the included screen protectors were a blessing.However, this barely lasted more than a month before the display separated itself from the frame of the display. I was very disappointed by this as otherwise it was a phenomenal process to use and install.Update 04/08/2024:A customer service representative contacted me. They were incredibly helpful and receptive and asked for an image of the defect. They offered either a refund or a replacement. I went ahead with the replacement and will update the review as time goes on! It is a huge plus that the company had reached out and tried to make this right.Update 04/10/2024:Received a replacement screen today, and went ahead and replaced the old defective one on my phone. Install was just as simple as the first time. The screen works well, is responsive, has good colors, and is overall pleasant to use. Regarding the Display separating issue that will need to be observed over time. Will update this thread if the issue occurs again.- Giving 5 stars due to the promptness and helpfulness of the seller.02/20/2025:Hello! Another update, it has been working well and has almost been a full year, the display did not separate again, and has been giving no issues. Would purchase this product again, especially with the great customer service I was provided.Pros: Easy-to-Install, Customer Service, Company Support.Cons: Display separation issue.

Had to replace the chipped screen. Not sure what happened, but the replacement screen is very dark and does NOT respond to the brigthness adjustment. As you can see in the photo provided, the screen is still pretty dark even if I adjusted the brigthness to the maximum. I am sure it is not the issue of the iPhone itself because the brigthness adjustment was working on my Iphone before I replaced the screen.I actually bought from this seller before. I was OK with previous replacement screen I ordered although the bonus glass screen protector in the same package was broken upon delivery. The seller issued partially refund to cover the lost of the broken screen protector, so I was OK with that solution. But given the this more serious issue with current purchase, I do not think I will ever buy from this seller again.Foloowup: The seller changed me restock fee for returning this malfunctional screen. That is so rediculous! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

The first screen I received was defective, the seller was responsive and sent me another one immediately. Bottom line is, this replacement screen works on iPhone X. The first time when I installed, I noticed there were something different than the original screen. So I put my broken original screen side by side with this replacement screen and found some differences: 1. The height of the black plastic brim is thicker than the original one. So when you install the screen, your phone will look a little thicker, probably 0.5 mm thicker. 2. The black sides around the screen, especially the bottom, are wider than the original one, which makes the actual screen smaller. It's very obvious to me although everything on the screen looks normal. You pay what you get. It's OK if you don't mind these subtle differences.UPDATE: After using it for several months, I finally figured out the differences between this replacement screen and the original one came with the iPhone. There are 3 kinds of replacement screens on the market, LCD, OLED, and original, in which LCD is the cheapest and OLED is better and closer to the original screen. Vendors will not disclose all the details on their store webpage. This one is the cheapest LCD screen with issues including higher battery use, wider black sides, thicker screen, and lower resolution. This screen may display weird colors on your iPhone if the code for genuine color is not set and calibrated correctly. You will need to pull out the code of genuine color on your iPhone by using a software on computer and the seller can write it for you before shipping. This replacement screen "works" on iPhone X but with lower quality. Again, you pay what you get. You should consider buying the original screen if you really care about the using experience of your iPhone. The original one is much more expensive but it's worth of the money.
