No, she has a cloth body. You can wipe down her soft plastic arms, legs, face with a baby wipe. You can't wash her hair either.

Where is this baby made?

China. Since posting my review, there has been an issue. Upon removing the doll from the packaging it was discovered that the hair was either damaged or poorly constructed. 😓
