This bike is my third ebike purchase in the last 7 years. The evolution is amazing! This bike is well designed and the quality is impressive. Excellent build from the simple assembly to the solid components such as the the electric controller. I find the battery system better then my previous unit, tthe solid plug in protects the battery from moisture and debris at the contacts it also allows an easy disconnect. A little heavy but makes the bike solid. A pleasant ride. Great for transporting with easy folding. Plenty of power. I'd really have to think about what could be upgraded. I really like the quality.

I love this electric bike! Sturdily built, powerful and nice appearance. I also wanted this bike just to pedal and it’s very good on flat ground. Controls were fine, easy to learn. I’m 5’10” and the seat and handlebar adjustments made it extremely comfortable to ride. Assembly took me awhile but was clearly laid out. I look forward to riding it more and discovering it’s range and trail riding performance,

This bike is great. Only took about an hour to assemble and all tools were included. I’ve only been on it a couple of times but it rides really well and is super fast

2nd ebike purchased in the month. The first was horrible, the parts didn't even fit on the bike! And it took so much to attempt to put it together. Then I ordered this, and it was a night and day difference! So easy to assemble and just an awesome ride. The seat is extremely comfortable, the instructions were simple and the speed is awesome!

The bike is great!!! Why 4 stars. Well….YES! You can EASILY put this bike together with the instructions! BUT NO! This is not just a “Pop-Outta-the-Box” and put on the front tire and adjust and tighten a few screws and roll. (Like the video shows). You need real ‘Biking Knowledge!’And not just you took your 18-speed apart and put it back together bike knowledge, (regardless of age!) this is REAL BIKE & MECHANICAL KNOWLEDGE!REMEMBER FOLKS! This is an ebike!!! And most of you won’t read the instruction manual. But after 5 full charges or 100(+) miles you have to take it to a bike mechanic and have it serviced!!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! These bikes are SENSITIVE! Luckily I already had a mechanic and recommended my friend to go before we even got “throttle style” e-bikes. He took his electric dirt bike there to have it put together, (smart choice), and has had it serviced a few times since.I put my cybervelo bike together, (not a bad choice), but like I said real mechanical knowledge!!! These are DISK BRAKES! They have to be aligned and adjusted.I’m really glad I had it serviced after the break-in period!The bike does come with a bell, (recommend replacing! A bit flimsy. I found a thinner one to match the bike) BUT…. It comes installed on the inside of the handlebars after the display screen, which makes it nearly impossible to ring without removing your hand from the grip. I had to switch it around. (Photo included)Riding it felt kind of unstable at first. But that was due to the crooked handlebars and I had the seat and handlebars too high as well. But it took awhile to accelerate. I weigh about 200lbs and it took about two blocks for me to get up to 25mph. I get to about 22.5mph in a 1/2 block.Overall I like the bike. Packaging overall was great, better than expected. The ride was nice with the different acceleration modes between 1-5 the gradually give you more speed and power to accelerate. You can adjust it in the settings to 3 and also 5.When you fold the bike it doesn’t lock into place. I had a feeling so I ordered straps for that since I have to sometimes take the bike on public transportation. Bit with that said. This bike is HEAVY 72lbs I believe they said and YOU FEEL IT!!! So keep that in mind if you have stairs or need to fold or move it often.

I purchased this bike for my wife for Christmas. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of assembly. The controls were easy as well. I believe that some plastic on the battery was cracked during shipment but it doesn’t seem to have any issues charging or powering the bike. The bike itself is perfect for her and rides very well. It also has quite a bit of power. I am looking to get another for myself.

As others say - it is a good product with some minor faults. Works well as described - I like it most for the assistance in climbing hills - if not peddling the throttle offers fine control with just small movements as your finesse develops.Have ridden it about 50 miles so far with hardly any battery usage (still shows full though not sure how accurate the gage is yet).So far we mostly use it on Level 1 pedal assist as it feels like a natural peddling speed (about 9 mph) and have not tried anything beyond Level 2 as that is plenty fast (about 14).Frame is very solid designed for some moderate off-roading with plump 3 inch tires for good all around grip and Comfort - very Smooth with those.There was an issue with the derailleur tab arriving bent and the seller made good with a generous refund to allow me to correct it without the hassle of sending it back. All in all - I would Highly recommend this e-bike and the Seller- pretty good value for the money and seller works with you in a prompt manner. When lifting into a vehicle the battery can be removed to help lighten the load - not bad that way.Buy this - You will really enjoy it!

This is my first electric bike and I couldn’t be happier! It is an amazing ride on road and off. It is well built and easy to put together. I’ve already enjoyed hours of riding. I emailed Cyber Velo about an issue I was having with the battery port. They responded right away and had a replacement part in the mail that same day. I received the part in a couple days and installed it easily. I am very impressed with the bike and the customer service.
