What type of material are the wheels made from?

I believe the wheels are metal and the tires are pretty standard plastic or nylon. They are not pneumatic. This is a solid, quality built rollator. I’ve used it for a couple weeks so far and am truly impressed.

Can transporter be used on rocky or grassy terrain?

I haven't used the transporter on grass or gravel. I've only used it on smooth surfaces. Glides beautifully

Does it arrive assembled? If not, how much assembly is required?

What is Return policy if I don’t like it?

I don’t know as I can’t imagine needing to return it. If you’re looking for quality, this is the one although it’s not lightweight.
