The product came well packaged anworked as expected. It is nice as I can use it on my PC and my Firestick, perfect. It's ergonomic feel is natural and the layout is intuitive. For the price, no question, buy it!

Original review 8/2023This mouse works wonderfully with OS 13 (Mac). The instructions indicate clearly how to change settings to work with your desired operating system. As other videos have shown, all the buttons are completely quiet, no nasty or irritating "click" noise or "scroll" clicks. After about one week, I spontaneously lost bluetooth connection. Not a big deal, just power off the mouse and try again.Edit 8/25/23Lost bluetooth connection again. The mouse and my keyboard are the only two bluetooth connections into my computer. Not sure why this continues to happen only after a couple of days.Edit 7/14/24After this long, the mouse has no connection issues. I honestly think this could have been caused by an operating system glitch to be honest. Good battery life, the settings I have work perfectly fine, and still super quiet on all buttons and the scroll wheel.Edit 11/23/24Ordered a second mouse of a different color. I even upgraded my Mac OS to 14.6. The mouse has no dropped connection, no issues with the back/forward buttons or anything else for that matter. You can not go wrong with this mouse!

I installed a fresh AA battery and could not get the mouse to connect, neither Bluetooth nor the USB dongle. Continued troubleshooting revealed the mouse was not powering on and the root cause was the metal connectors in the battery bay. The connectors did not extend out far enough to make a good connection despite having a popular battery brand installed.The mouse was purchased past the 30 days so I could not return to Amazon, so I modified the battery connectors on each end of the battery compartment so they would contact the battery fully. This wasn't easy as the design of the connectors allowed them to easily pop out from the square slot. They were difficult to place back as it was a forced/press-fit. I did manage to mount the connector in the proper place, and when the battery was reinstalled, the LED on the mouse lit up. I was able to install and utilize the product.Such a hassle for a new product out of the box using a popular well-known battery. You get what you pay for. I recommend you spend a few dollars more and get a better mouse.Disappointed with this UGREEN product as I own a lot of their other products which are good quality.

I have to admit, this mouse is lives up to its claim as being quiet. It's not totally silent, but is the quietest clicker I've ever used. It is replacing my previous mouse from Tecknet, which is supposedly "silent" also, after its left button became sporadic. The UGREEN mouse is quieter than the Tecknet, both the main buttons and especially the side buttons. I find it is also slightly more comfortable than the Tecknet. The only downside is that it is slightly "stickier" on the movement. Not terrible, but I have always preferred using a neoprene mousepad, and this mouses drags on the pad. It's not as bad when used directly on a desk surface, but still not as smooth of a slider as the Tecknet. But man, is it quiet. If that's important to you, this is the mouse to get.

I'm a long time user of Logitech Marathon. I think I've bought 4 over the years. This time I went with Ugreen, a manufacturer that I am familiar with in regards to other USB products. I like the heft of Marathon 705, the Ugreen mouse feels a bit lighter, but not cheap light. I am sure I will get used to it. It is a bit narrower. But because I have large hands I like that it is a bit longer. What is amazing in comparison is that it comes with the usb dongle, just like the Logitech, but it also supports Bluetooth. So in summary a very good deal for the price.

Needed a simple domed shape mouse because of muscular problems in my hand. I had been using a low profile mouse because of arthritis and after using it for so long, my fingers kinda locked in straight when trying to bend them to pick stuff up off the floor. So I looked for a domed shape mouse that had a high dot count and got one of these. I wasn't expecting reliability and quality, but I got quality for sure. This is a nice mouse that works well and is quiet. This $10 mouse puts the other brands to shame. So I went ahead and bought 2 more of them for backup whenever this one wears out, something that MS mouses are notorious for doing.I haven't had it long enough to know about reliability.
