Works great to capture steam or heat when cooking veggies or melting cheese. It is large enough for meals for two but not too large where it takes up too much of the griddle space.

This is my go-to for melting cheese on burgers, eggs, hashbrowns, you name it. Just shoot a bit of water under this lid and the steam melts the cheese in seconds.

Why did I wait ? Very versatile.
This little cover is one thing I'll never be without again. You'll find lots of ways to use it. I use it for steaming veggies and keeping a side dish from drying out as well as sealing in the flavor. I find the knob needs tightening every so often, but that's the only complaint. Cleans up easily.
