I have had electric tooth brushes for years. I had all the popular brands with good results overall. When my last one died I shopped around and came up with The Perfect Smile Co. E brush. I decided to give it a whirl; pun intended. That was October 2022 and I have never had such a robust toothbrush. It cleans better than any I have had with 5 settings. The disposable brush heads last so long compared to the conventional ones. It stays charged well beyond 28 days and I can't find a flaw with it. This morning when I took it out to brush my teeth I though I really must write a review for this. It should be the best selling and best rated E brush out there in my experience.

Great machine. works great, cleans great, however be aware of tickling from the vibration on gums....

The E-Brush worked well but it stopped working after less than two years.Once you contact our Customer Success Team, they will provide a return authorization number (RMA #) but you will be responsible for a restocking fee of $17.99 + shipping & handling fees when you return your defective product to the Authorized Return Center.Firstly, you are practically requested to pay for costs due to the poor quality of their product. Secondly, if the product breaks every 24 months or less you will be changing it under their warranty policy 5 times, which means you would have to purchase the product twice! Good deal for the company, the worst deal ever for the customer... beware!

I bought this electric toothbrush when I got braces in June, 2020. Loved it from the beginning. About 3 months ago, I started haven’t trouble pushing the button to start it. My experience, replace after four years or when it becomes difficult to start. I got a new one and works like a charm.

The pictures of this product are misleading. It appears there is a brush head on the tooth brush and two replacement brush heads. There are only the two replacement brush heads. No where in the description does it clarify this.

This product does exactly what I expected it to do.

I have had the toothbrush now for a little over a month and I love it. I am a retired physician, over seventy and have had a few electric toothbrushes before this one. I find the Perfect Smile brush to be gentle on my teeth yet very thorough in the cleaning process. I mention this particularly because I was always concerned that other electric toothbrushes while providing a thorough cleaning seemed abrasive and I was always concerned about loss of enamel. Not so with this brush, the multiple settings allow for an individualized choice and the bristles are super soft. The long battery life is great as well. Very happy with my choice.

This toothbrush is superior to others I’ve used.Perfect size and shape. Came with its own travel case and charger.
