When using the popup flash, the picture comes out with only top half of the image with light. Anyone have this problem?

Your shutter speed is faster than the flash speed, so the flash light isn't making its way on to the sensor in time before the sensor closes. You need to shoot under a certain speed with most flashes, usually under 1/250.

Does this comes with a charger and a SD card?

It comes with a camera charger to charge when the battery is in the camera, however not a separate charger for the battery itself. No SD card, needs to be bought separately.

Is this a gray market camera? Why is there no warranty?

I have a warranty through Fuji and registered the product online.
