I had been suffering from hot flashes on and off for over a year now. I took some other herbs and did a liver cleanse which helped the hot flashes, but they kept coming back. Then I read the book ‘The Fertility Cure’ and Dr Lewis mentioned this herb for women with ‘excess heat’ so I was very eager to try it and there it was, I never got rid of hot flashes so fast. In 2 weeks they were gone, I went from 2 or 3 per hour to about 2 or 3 per day in about 10 days, and a few days later no hot flashes. I am not taking them now after ovulation, but I will restart when the new cycle arrives. I highly recommend this product, especially to pre-menopausal women who experience very uncomfortable hot flashes and night sweats.

Even though the taste of the powder version is unpleasant, taking it in water three times a day gave the results I wanted. I don’t think these tablets are as effective for me, so I’ll go back to powder
