The belt is of high-quality, i been using this for almost a year. It's totally worth it. Since it has hook it doesn't slip while heavy squat or deadlifts. since general belt at gym doesn't fit me, i used to be skinny so i got a velcro one, that was total waste. But this is durable, stredy specially if you like heavy squat, deadlifts, clean & presse. Go for it

I recently purchased a gym belt from Amazon, and I have mixed feelings about it. The product I received looks different from the one shown in the listing photo. The quality is hard to assess at this point, as I've only used it for one day.
