Very Very happy with this heating pad it arrived on time, it’s extremely soft, super long cord, it Heats up pretty quick and it Holds the Temperature, Better than Advertised. This is the biggest heating pad I have owned thus far.It’s super soft to the touch, has a weighed bottom and weighed shoulder overlaps, is a nice grey color on the outside and a silver grey on the inside, comes with a black elastic Velcro waist band, super long cord which is a 2 prong plug.The cord length is split into two parts from plug to the control box is 96” then from the control box to the pad is 34” the control box is 6 3/4” long by 2” wide and the cord is Detachable for washing.When I have it on it hangs down to the mid part of my Buttocks, I’m 5’4” tall with a midsize built so this pad fits Super nice and I even have extra length and width which is very good.It has a strong magnet on each side of the front drops to hold it closed around my neck.The only thing/issue is as I read the instructions it claims that upon turning it on for each of the 3 settings of H, M and L it is supposed to Beep1 beep for low 2 beeps for M and 3 beeps high ,However This has NOT occurred I have not been able to hear Any sound upon turning the pad on, I had bought 2 of these and Neither of them BEEP upon turning them on!Other than that this is a Wonderful Wonderful heating pad for me.I use 1 in my living room and the other in bed, even my small dog has fallen head over heals with the constant heat coming from these pads.I highly recommend this pad to anyone whom suffers from neck, migraines, muscle cramping, back pain and even leg and foot pains.It is Very well Made and nicely constructedI Highly Recommend this heating pad for Others

This one has a velcro belt to hold the jacket heat pad on and closed. It heats well and does the job that you want it to do. It has an auto off in 2 hours, three heat zones that are pressed. No heat temp to show how hot though. The Massaging Weighted Heated Pad with Jade Stones that came as the duo set bonus is very nice. Both, my husband and I tested that for a short time and were impressed with the vibration of the stones and the array of settings the belt had for massaging. Heat was plentiful, in the back area. This is a nice massager and heat unit. The belt is from Nextgen. I would definetly purchase the belt again as a gift for a dear one.

UPDATE: I reached out directly to the seller and they quickly offered and sent a replacement. No jumping through hoops, just a prompt, seamless resolution and I received the replacement very quickly!Original review: Purchased on 2/20/24. It stopped working 9/18/24, not even 7 months old which is ridiculous. It was wonderful when it was working, nice soft material & perfectly slightly weighted. Only used it about once a month. Very disappointing.

This pad is just what you are looking for. A large pad that does neck, shoulders and back with great heat. It may be a bit big for a woman and gets very hot on high. Great pad for men you won't be disapointed!

I bought my heating pad in 2022. I use it every single day. My back bothers me and I find great comfort in it so I leave it on my couch. I bought a different type that I leave in my office. It went out after three months, so I am purchasing another one of these for my office. It works amazing. The size is amazing. It’s from your shoulders to the bottom of your back. I cannot believe it still works with the amount of use. I’ve used it love it.

I wore it for several hours a day for neck pain. Plus, it was comfy. It worked for about 8 days. Now it’s dead.Delivered October 13, today is the 24 Oct 2022All LEDs are flashing and small discoloration on the plug might suggest a hazard. Whatever the discoloration was it rubbed off when packing to return.I’ve ordered a replacement because I liked it while it worked.You sometimes get a DOA product.I’m hoping the plug at the lower corner of the device or the wiring just inside isn’t a problem. I tried flipping the plug around but it made no difference.Obviously I can’t give it more than one star at this time. Still…Pros:Heats up very fast.The neck collar gets warm enough though not as warm as I’d like.It really is comfy.Belt loops included on the back of the pad for the included Velcro belt.Stays surprisingly warm even when off.UPDATE: The replacement also died after about five weeks.Sorry about the delay getting back here.
