I am overweight and 5'4' tall. I have fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, and scoliosis. This pad has great coverage--from neck to buttocks. It can easily be wrapped around an arm. It is plenty warm for me at #10 (goes higher). The auto shut-off is great. The pad is thick and soft. It appears to be of good quality and should last a long time. It is definitely worth the price. ADDENDUM: After two months, the pad quit working completely. I loved it while it worked, but it is definitely not worth the price for two months use. It is too late to return the item, and I am very disappointed.

I got this for my husband as he had a similar one that just stopped working. He has a lot of shoulder pain and liked the kind that drape over the shoulders to keep the heat there (as opposed to trying to keep a regular rectangular pad in place). I did a lot of researching on the different ones, and this one seemed good. I am so glad I got this. The weight keeps it where you put it, and it fits comfortably while he's lying down. The controls are easy to use. It provides very good heat, and also can be left on for longer than many (most have 2 hours max then they turn off). This one can be left on for up to 24 hours - which he doesn't do but he can program it to stay on while he's in bed at night, which is a great option for relieving pain and allowing for better sleep. He's been VERY happy and has thanked me again and again for this. This is probably the best gift I have ever found for him. Highly recommend! -- Dee

This heating pad is amazing. I love that it is wearable and wraps around your shoulders like a hug. It is also weighted so gives the comfort of a weighted blanket. I needed some relief from back pain and felt a little silly paying this much for a heating pad but it was worth the investment.

I purchased this heating on November 1st, 2024 it was amazing when I first received it. It was super hot and very comfortable I was really excited. I buy heating pads on a regular basis because I have had many surgeries. This heating pad stopped working last week and I have only owned for five months. Tried contacting the company no response from seller. I read a couple of other reviews today on this product today and a couple of people had the same issue with NC light on the controller. I wish I could get a credit but it's too late. Don't bother with this heating or this seller.

Super soft material, huge surface area which fits us with a little bigger hips, heats up quickly and evenly, auto shut off works as intended, a good weight proportion to it, long cord and my favorite part is the numbered heat setting. Love that I can customize how hot it gets vs just hi medium and low. FYI I freeze easily and it’s very hard for me to warm up. Putting on a jacket just doesn’t cut it. I often use this pad to warm up my core so I can get back to normal movements again and it works beautifully because of the size. So glad I returned the last pad and got this one. I go through several heating pads usually lasting about a year, more or less each. I will be ordering this one again when it’s time! The only downfall is that there is a slight buzz when you have your ear directly on the pad while it is heating. Not unexpected but just more noticeable than other pads. I love this pad 1000 times over. Get you one!

Arthritis is painful. THIS is the BEST one piece heating unit I've found thus far. The thickness is just right. It's not too heavy no too light weight. There was a lot of thought that went into the construction of this. It's exceptionally comfortable and the ease of use is just that, VERY easy. I also like the size velcro belt that comes with it. It adjusts to the beer belly with even a little extra for a larger person. It's great for a smaller built frame person as well. It's wonderful and I would buy it again. The price is good for the great quality you're getting. Oh, nice length down the back also. The neck also is covered and gives the warmth that is so much needed. Thank you for making such a great product!!! UPDATE: just got hubby back from doc. They took x-rays of his neck and they found he has bad arthritis in his neck. After I submit this review, I am purchasing another just like this so he has one in our bedroom and one one the couch. He said this morning his neck felt better after using it on his neck. ITS SO WORTH THE MONEY.

This is a great heating pad. Works great in your office chair or your easy chair. The timer setting means you won’t accidentally leave it on longer than you wanted. Great for neck and back pain.

This thing is amazing! Great size and weight! I’m pretty tall at 5’ 10” and it covers the majority of my back and all of my shoulders. It’s also really soft and warm, great on cold nights! And has extended timers over 8 hrs!
