Love these and will continue to buy them. Easy to swallow, no weird smell or taste, bigger sized pill but no issues, I feel great when I take them, great value for the amount you get, best quality for price.

They're not the easiest to swallow, but take with plenty of water and it'll go down. My only real problem is the aftertaste, I keep burping the flavor. Like I've mentioned, this is part of a regimen I started but my pain and energy levels have improved and brain fog is better, there aren't a lot of additives so it's good in that sense.

Twice now I have to struggle to separate the softgels from each other. They come in mass and you have dig and root around to get them out. Neither order came with a desiccant pack, totally unsatisfactory.

I've always found that fish oil, vitamins b's and COQ10 are very beneficial for me.
