BETTER THAN STORE BOUGHT
The media could not be loaded. It’s easier, cheaper and better than store bought slime. It has cute accessories to add to the slime. It’s really fun to make and not very messy. It has cute little tubes and compartments. The colors are great too. There are not enough containers for the number of slimes you can make.

Great for several kids!
First of all, I’m really impressed by the amount of slime you can make from this kit. The only needed ingredient is water and it’s otherwise 1 step. The presentation is cute, but the shakers for the glitter are unnecessary. It’s virtually impossible to get the glitter into the containers because the static from the plastic wrapper won’t let go. No worries, though. You can still shake the glitter stars directly from the package into the slime. We got a bug, a brain, and a skull stretchy add ons to put in the slime containers. While it’s entirely possible for a 6 year old to do this independently, it all depends on how much glitter you’re willing to have on your floor. We took turns stirring the mix so no one’s hand got too tired. Overall, very impressed. We can still do this a bunch of times with the amount of supplies we have. This would be a great idea for a birthday party activity as well since it easily makes 10 good sized slimes.

Fun but will need replacement packs
This was a good price compared to in store pricing. The hard part was finding the replacements. Finally did and ordered them too. Kids love making slime and this is a fun way to make it. Didn’t like the little tubes for the glitter. We just used our own glitter tubes. Much less mess.

Makes Perfect Slime and a Great Gift for the Little Slime Lover
Ok, my children are slime crazy. We have been trying out all the different types of slimes and slime-making kits. This Canal Slime maker has great gift presentation and a lot to offer the young slime maker. It comes with a purple display base, three test tubes to hold glitter, 6 packets of glitter, 3 packets of metallic confetti, 4 mystery figurines to place in to the slime, a funnel, 10 slime powders, three storage containers with lids, one stirring stick and the mixing cup with attached stirring paddle. It also makes the perfect slime! We all really liked the consistency of this slime. And it is super easy to make and low on the messy side. You just add slime powder and your desired glitter and /or confetti. Then add water to fill line and stir the cup for 2 minutes . Remove lid and stir with the stirring stick to give it some air. Then let it sit for 5 minutes so it is not sticky, and you are good to go.

Use water from the faucet, not bottled water!!
This kit works great - but make sure you use TAP WATER from the FAUCET.....not bottled water! This is important. We used bottled water for two of the packets and they did not set up and the slime was just runny goo. I imagine this is where other people ran into problems and gave the toy a bad review. And unless you are a glutton for punishment, don't let your kids use the glitter. Just toss it. The glitter does not stay intact with the slime so it really is a huge mess maker - you have to transfer it from small bags into vials. From one parent to another - avoid the devil's dust at all costs :) Otherwise, cool toy. You are essentially paying for the little cup and crank to mix the slime, some plastic charms, 3 slime holding containers/sticker labels and 10 packets of slime mix - the purple caddy holder is a wasteful piece. Have fun!

Was very sticky and messy
I thought it’ll be cool for my kids to make slime until I realize this barely got thick even with the right amount of water added. My kids had sticky slime all on my table, and the stars were hard to put in the tube. No go if you don’t like messy but it was fun to do reason I give it 3 stars.

So much fun!
Kept us all very entertained. Bought this for my 7 year old niece and she loved it! Instructions are easy to follow. Once she got the hang of it she was able to do it all on her own.My son whose 12 wanted to make some slime and had fun mixing it up and making creations and so did I. Lol she took it home where her siblings all were jealous and wanted a kit for themselves!Makes for a great gift for any age.
