Rachael Ray Cucina Stoneware, 16-piece Dinnerware Set, Agave Blue

I am in love with these plates. The picture here doesn't do them justice. I love the blue color and will be purchasing a second matching set soon. I haven't used the coffee cups yet because I have a favorite cup I always use, but they seem sturdy enough. The plates and bowls are very well made, just be somewhat careful as they seem like they could chip easily. I have had these over a month and no chips yet and I have 3 kids who can be a little rough at times. I did break one of the smaller plates, it was my fault though I was carrying to much and it fell. The bowls are perfect size for soup, cereal or a salad. The bowls are also perfect size for my 6 and 8 year old to hold easily. I have used some in the microwave and they will heat up after awhile, so as long as you aren't microwaving over 4-5 minutes (this is just a guess) they won't be to hot, of course check before pulling them out so you don't get burned, and use oven mitts if they are to hot. Overall these are a great set of plates in a beautiful blue color, I highly recommend them and will be purchasing a second set in the future.

These dishes are for everyday use. Dishwasher and microwave safe. Perfect sizes.

I love these dishes and they were just what I was looking for. The color is very pretty. I bought 2 sets in 2 different colors, the blue and the grey, to add a nice look to the dinner table. The main selling point on these for me was the size of the bowls. They are great! We quickly realized that if you fill these bowls you will more than fill your stomach! The mugs are a nice size but not super-size which is fine since we mostly use insulated cups for coffee, etc. The plates are the perfect size and have enough of a lip around them to keep your food from sliding off. There are small imperfections in the color but that adds to the charm. I wash these dishes in the dishwasher almost daily and have had no problems so far.

Would like to just email the seller, but can't find a means to do that. I really like the dishes. Delivery was even faster than expected and I'm very happy over-all and would recommend the dishes. However, One cup arrived broken. It looks like the handle had broken off and someone did a very poor job of gluing it back on before packing it up with the other mugs and mailing it to me. One bowl has a defect on the bottom...a sharp "spike" in the ceramic that was fired that way, so it's not fixable, but sharp. Can't use it. A few of the plates are "uneven" in that they're not uniformly shaped. They all sit evenly on the table, so I don't mind them...thinking they're "handcrafted" and unique, but my husband thinks they're defective.I ordered 3 boxes of these dishes (12 place settings) and over all I like them a lot. I would like to have the one mug and one bowl replaced without having to return an entire box. Is this possible?

First off, the picture does not do thesedishes justice. At least not the Mushroom Brown I purchased. They seem durable, medium weight & sturdy. The very subtle indentations around the inner edge of the dishes isn’t noticeable until you actually feel it. Then it’s like barely-there thumb prints on the plates. I like the more subtle marks on the plates than on the mugs & bowls. That, the hand-painting & resultant subtle shades of brown create a soft, natural color that can slightly very depending on how the light hits it.The edging has those little imperfections of color. And again you get a unique table display you can keep simple or dress up to demonstrate your own creativity. Bet these would be stunning with lace napkins!I obviously love the Cucina Mushroom Brown!I imagine the other colors are equally beautiful.

I have been looking for a new set of dinnerware to match our updated kitchen. I had a hard time finding the perfect set that was the grey closest to our backsplash. After searching, I found that these had a "wavy pattern" very similar to our tile and the color seemed very close. I was hesitant to order after reading the reviews, but I ended up ordering two sets. When they arrived, I unpacked all of the dishes (which were wrapped and packaged very well). I found that only one dinner plate had the smallest imperfection (there is a small black speck in the glaze baked on the ceramic). Also, I was worried that the mugs were smaller in capacity compared to my old mugs, but the mug holds the largest cup setting on my two button Keurig classic (I think 8 oz) with cream/sugar without overflowing. Overall, the dishes are beautiful and match my kitchen perfectly. I am very pleased with these.
