Yes, it can take a while, especially if you have applied two or more coats. the other thing I find that delays it is if you have applied a base coat too. I usually wait until each coat is completely dry before applying the next - a hair drier on low heat or a desk fan can help speed things up a bit! Hope that helps, but no, I don't think as an OPI nail varnish user the bottle you have sounds faulty.

hi I am after a cadburys purple , is this one anything like that ?

Hi as you'll know this shade is more pinkish. For cadburys purple you want either Suzi & Seven Düsseldorfs or perhaps plugged in plum. I have loads of OPI pinks and purples and those two are beautiful. Another one is purple with a purpose which is nice (mid dark) but nothing Cadbury shade though should you fancy that. Hope this helps.
