Good replacement for K803203000
I purchased a Casablanca Wisp 52" White ceiling fan (Model 59284) and unfortunately the controller failed within the first year. The the two failure modes were strange, but annoying:1. On the lowest speed setting power to the blades would momentarily stop and then start again. Visually one could not see any speed difference because the power interruption was very brief. However there was an audible "thud" when power / rotational force was applied to the blades. This "thud" would happen randomly... A few minutes apart, and hour apart, etc. So it took a long time to track the noise to the fan!2. Similarly, when the light was on, it would flicker intermittently and randomly. My original controller was green (model number K803203000) and this item was a direct replacement. It worked perfectly with no issues, and has been operating fine now for more than a week.Pairing was simple. I have a Casablanca 99019 remote (looks similar to the 99020). Upon powering on this controller, I held the power button + 4 button on the remote. A few seconds later the blades started turning and the light turned on. Done. Super easy.

Great replacement for old Casablanca Inteli-Touch electronics that died
Our 35 year old Casablanca Inteli-Touch fan died recently. The problem was on the electronics board inside the fan, and Casablanca no longer supports this technology. I'm somewhat handy with electronics, and I removed the Inteli-Touch electronics from the motor housing and converted the fan to a single speed model with a reversing switch. Next, I installed this remote control receiver in the same area. I checked the operation with the Casablanca wall switch that was included in this listing and the fan motor and lights worked fine. I rehung the fan, replaced the blades and everything works great. Don't forget to pair the fan receiver with the wall control, or it will not work. This was much less costly than replacing the fan, and the style of the fan we have is no longer made, so it was a win-win situation. You must convert the fan to a single speed unit prior to installing this kit in an Inteli-Touch model; instructions are available on YouTube. The required capacitor and optional reversing switch can be purchased from Amazon. The wall control can reverse the fan, so installing a reverse switch is not required.

Works OK
Works ok but is not the same as original controller, can only operate one light setting, my fan/light had upper and lower light, now both have to be wired together.

Failed within 10 months of extremely light use.
The original unit that came with the Casablanca Isotope fan lasted less than two years of very light use. I bought the replacement receiver in March of 2019 and it only lasted about 10 months. The really sad part is that it only got a couple of hours of use per week. Unacceptable.Update: Bought another receiver and installed it only to find out that the fan would still not run. Took it down again to try to diagnose and fix it. The only 2 other items hidden within the housing are the reverse switch and a CBB61 capacitor. I took a close look at the reverse switch board and found no obvious signs of a burn out so I decided to buy and replace the capacitor. This fixed the problem but a bigger issue remains, the quality of Casablanca since being bought out by Hunter. A family member who owns multiple Casablanca fans (pre Hunter) is having zero issues and here I am having to take down and fix this thing multiple times within 3 years of ownership.

Works great
Installed on a Casablanca LED Light Ceiling Fan and doing great so far. Had the remote control that came with the fan reprogrammed in less than 30 seconds after cutting the breaker back on.By holding the Power and #4 fan speed button for a few seconds.

This Casablanca remote is a good substitute for the Hunter 99122 remote.
At a little more than half the price of an official Hunter remote receiver (the one identified and sold by Hunter Customer Support which I could not find on the internet), this Casablanca remote receiver has the same Intertek product number as the original (i.e. failing) Hunter receiver and operates all of my Hunter Sable Ridge fan speeds and light just like the original. With two of these fans in the same room but on different circuits, the pairing of the handheld remote control with this new receiver in the failing fan was simple as explained by Hunter's tech support (hold the 0 and 3 fan speed buttons on the control simultaneously for 5-10 seconds) and in practice. Since I could turn off the power easily to the good fan, there was no confusion about which fan was pairing with the handheld remote control. The new remote receiver has been installed about a month now and continues to work as expected.

Does not connect to WiFi.
The website states it can connect to WiFi but it cannot. Very poor customer service and very little information.
