whats the expiration date on these?

The expiration date on the can and always around 6 month or more.

Where can I buy organic canned Fava beans?

The Cortas fava beans are grown in Lebanon. The farms I’ve seen there are small family farms. Doubt they have access to pesticides. “Organic” is a USDA label.

How firm or soft are these?

The Fava beans are not hard. Simmering with oil and seasoning for a few minutes results in a soft texture. I use olive oil, onion and Oregano until desired texture.

Please tell me exactly what is in the white plastic liner of these cans, which i only initially saw upon opening? and why all the 5 of 6 cans dented?

Plastic liner is for insulation. Dented cans should be returned as the dents usually damage the insulation.
