Perfect fit

Can I trust auto part fit messages?
I ordered this product for my BMW x5 and I saw this product fit my car on the screen before ordering. I drained out all waste oil and change filter but won't fit. How embarrassed. I call uber to go to a local auto shop complete job done. As of result, I lost $25.00 for a trip and time. DO NOT EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY PRODUCTS.Who pay for this loss?
