I bought three of these, loaded them all into one bottle, and it still only came to about 50% full. I really wish the company considered this wastefulness of packaging.

It is powerful I had no problems digesting it and I don’t believe it has taste or smell. Like it says in the box and label you should take it 30 minutes before bed time so it dissolves, but I took two and I was out all night this stuff is power I recommend only one.

Melatonin products don't work for everyone. I slept maybe 2-3 hours then would wake up. So I threw the rest of the bottle away.
