This has quickly become my favorite hair styling product! I have naturally curly hair and I've struggled to find a product that will define my curls without weighing them down, that doesn't get crunchy and that provides good hold and frizz control. This got2b gel checks all those boxes!I love the control it provides. I love that it is not drying and I love that it does help to control my frizz. The texture is smooth and not sticky and the scent is subtle and pleasant.I love that this comes in such a huge bottle and is super affordable. I will definitely keep ordering this gel.

I'm a little wary about using this product on my hair again. I've tried it twice so far and each time my hair becomes a terrifyingly tangled mess within days.It's easy to apply and spread around, with a consistency like Vaseline. Of course, a little goes a long way.The product has a pleasant, shampoo-like scent.It makes my hair shiny, with a very light hold. I find that I don't get any individual definition of my waves, but rather an overall wave throughout my entire hair. I admit that it does give a polished look for the first day.But! A day later, I lose all wave definition and my hair becomes stringy, tangled, stuck-together strands all over the place. My scalp also becomes 10x oilier and itchier, even though I never apply the product near it. Maybe the product makes its way onto my scalp while I sleep. I don't know but I always have to wash my hair much sooner than usual whenever I use this product.

I have wavy/curly hair. I usually prefer a mousse because I always find that gels leave me with a weird wet look and despite crunching and breaking up the curls I never feel like it looks good.This gel was a pleasant surprise.First, it's not overly thick. It only takes a small amount to cover your hair. I have shoulder length hair and use about a nickel size amount which was plenty for me. I probably could use more but I want to avoid that wet look I get with gels. It goes on smoothly and doesn't feel sticky. I also felt like my hair didn't turn super stiff. I only needed to crunch up my curls a little tiny bit.It smells pleasant and not overpowering.The hold was very nice. It definitely last all day. For the price, this is a wonderful value. Works great and doesn't cost a fortune!If you are looking for a budget friendly gel that won't make your hair look wet or stiff, this is a great option!

My hair is 2c and this gel works well for it. It doesn't leave my hair crunchy at all but does have a good hold. The smell is nice and not overwhelming. I prefer it over other products I've tried recently and would order it again.

I grew up using got2b hair gels and they were the epitome of the 2000s crunchy spikey hair gel, since then I've stopped using them and grew out my hair which happens to be quite curly. Now I see that got2b has curl defining gel and had to try it out! I was immediately teleported back to my younger days with a very familiar scent and honestly even feel, but gone were the crunchiness (for the most part) and actually applied clean. My hair felt moisturized and clean/light the whole day. My only problem with this is that It does get kind of sticky as the day goes on and I have to shower it off every night or it will get nasty,

It is good for particular hairstyles. It doesn’t work same way as hair gel does on my wavy/curly hair, but results in different yet nice hairstyle when applied exactly same way as gel (on wet hair while being scrunched).

Not working like other curls activator. Make my hair looks weird and out of shape.

I haven't noticed that this has helped or hurt my curls yet. The smell is great though! It left my hands sticky after applying. Once my hair dried, it left my hair very crunchy. Even after brunch it and sleeping on it, the next day was still crunchy. Perhaps it is user error on getting better curls, so I'll keep trying it.
