Mixes well in water (to cut calories). It’s the first protein I’ve tried in water, and it is drinkable. Not an overly weird sweetener taste, so that’s good. This came highly recommended from a nutritionist, so hoping for the best. I’ve probably had 8-10 servings so far. So far, so good.

I love Rule 1 protein. High protein and no to low sugar. The chocolate fudge is a dream!!!! However, I am only giving 4 stars because I bought the vanilla to try in smoothies and stuff and it has a poor taste. I wanted it to be as rich as the chocolate and it just wasn’t. Still a great quality whey protein and good price!

This stuff is great! It has a lot of great ingredients in here and tons of protein. The amount you get is great considering the price and compared to prices on other protein powders. Also the flavor was delish. It tasted like chocolate milk without being overly sweet. I had such an easy time mixing this up in my standard shaker with no problems and it was very smooth. Great buy!

Very clean product. It contains all the protein that I require, without the fillers that I don’t. It tastes really chocolaty and it mixes more easily and dissolves faster than any other protein powder I’ve ever tried. It keeps me full for hours. I am very happy with how it works and will happily get more when this is used up. Great bang for the buck.It is sold by weight, and it looks about half full when the container is opened. But the weight is there, even though it doesn’t look like it.

The taste, blendability, smell and thickness all are in line with what I usually get. I'm not sure about the effectiveness till my next health checkup though.

Great whey. Good flavor. Minimal ingredients. Has the rare whey blend and this flavor has cocoa which is great for you. My go to now for whey.

Pros: Very low fat and sodium, low calories, a high protein-to-serving-size ratio, tastes pretty good, mixes well, domestically made.Cons: On the more expensive side, I'm not a fan of soy lecithin.I've had Rule One protein powder before and enjoyed it and this one is on the same level. Using whey isolate really keeps down the calories and fat and they didn't go overboard with the flavoring. I have 2 - 3 servings of protein powder a day so I appreciate opportunity to keep down the fat and calories normally associated with so much whey protein.

This protein powder product is made in USA and stored in a very bulky jar. It will expire in Feb, 2027. Although the product's label claims that the product is sold by weight not volume, I am still disappointed when I find that the volume of the powder is only less than half of its jar, as it wastes more packaging materials and incurs more shipping cost regardless of who pays for it which s neither space saving nor environment friendly. Other than that, it is a great product with detailed nutrition facts. It contains 50% protein, 19% calcium... In terms of amino acid, it has 48% essential Amino Acid, 32% conditional Amino Acid and 20% non-essential Amino Acid. It tastes good as well and is great to mix with oatmeal and adds nutrition and a nice flavor to the carbohydrate.
