This seems like a high quality syrup, it sure is good in coffee! I also add a little dab of it in my milk before I froth it for lattes. Yum! By the way this bottle is huge, it's definitely meant for cafe/restaurant use.I found that I did not like it drizzled on ice cream - it seemed too cloying, too sweet, and had a strange flavor or texture that I didn't like. Maybe I just used too much. Your mileage may vary.

It's sweet, so it has that going for it. However, I'm a super taster and both the taste and texture went off the rails for me.The mouthfeel was probably meant to be creamy, but it comes off clingy and oily. There's an odd aftertaste that has nothing to do with white chocolate. Which is a total bummer because there's a really cool recipe for Tiramisu Latte on the label. I wanted to try that!If that's my experience, why 4 stars? Because a friend was visiting and tried it, and absolutely loved it. Sent it home with her because that made more sense than putting it in the trash. This is a great example of "individual results may vary."So, if you're a super taster, or were thinking of gifting it to someone who is, maybe don't.If you've got normal tastebuds, this will probably be a hit!Also note, the serving size is two tablespoons, and there are 62 servings in this 5+ pound container. The label is clearly marked that it is to be consumed within three weeks of opening. That's a lot of lattes! Idea: fun gift for the office (if they're not super sensitive tasters.)

This syrup tastes fantastic! Just as expected from a major name-brand! The pump works extremely well, I just leave a little drip catching mini-plate under it for the few residual drops that may come. This is my favorite thing to add to a home-made latte! One pump is perfect for me! Should last me a long time!

Wasn't white chocolate, not sure what it was. I'd rather get the Torania puremade sauce over this for sure. Ghirardelli Vanilla Sauce is great though!

I've liked the Ghirardelli Carmel sauce for a while and figured I'd switch it up a bit. This is great in coffee, it would probably be nice on ice cream as well.I appreciate that it comes with a pump that's sturdy. I've used about half of the container and the pump hasn't gotten clogged or given me any trouble after a few weeks of use.
