Really good for giving someone a massage. I wish they could make it a little bigger to lift the head up more to allow and allow for more airflow, but with the price and size convenience you can't go wrong with it. Even knowing it could be a bit taller, I would buy and recommend it (or this style) to everyone.

It’s comfortable but doesn’t function as intended. The memory foam collapses allowing a very light adult’s nose to contact the surface below. Once you can’t breathe, it’s not so comfortable anymore!

This face-down pillow is great, it is so soft providing comfortable support and minimizing pressure on the face and neck while allowing for breathing.
