I would rank this a 5 I love the idea of being able to have a vitamin especially iron available in liquid form for those who may be pregnant or have health issues and cannot take pills this is the best alternative. The flavor makes it much easier to take and ingredients are so healthy. I definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for iron supplement.

Well, I Bought this for my daughter as she is continuously eating ice she's anemic and so I wanted to make sure that she's getting some iron because she won't eat much red meat so far she's been taking it we'll see how the results are she does take it every day we haven't been taking it that long so we'll see and I will post back later if I can see a result.

Not sure how well this is working. All I can say is it's horrendous. Not sure If it's a bad batch, or what but it tastes like rotten metal fish. I feel like I'm gonna throw up every time I drink it. I have to take it like a shot, hold my nose and chase it with pure pomegranate juice. I've been taking it for a couple weeks now. I start feeling nauseous after i take it but today was the first time it made me throw up immediately afterwards. I tried to get my husband to try it and based on my reaction, it didn't work. I can handle unpleasant tastes this is unlike anything I've ever encountered. Tastes like I'm eating rotten chemicals. Trying to do the right thing for my baby though. Hopefully it's not gone bad and everyone else is just able to tolerate sewage flavored things.

Maybe I got a bad bottle. I purchased it thinking it would be tasty since pills leave an after taste. Boy was I wrong! I read all the reviews they say that the taste is delicious and berry flavor. Mine tastes disgusting. I will give it a few more tries. I do have a dr appointment on the 3rd of February if it helps I’ll keep taking it if not to the thrash it goes. I really want to like it. I will update as the time goes but for now 2 stars.Update:Just had my lab work done wow my numbers increased. My dr asked what I was taking she said she approved it. It has been a game changer for me. Get passed the metallic taste & you won’t regret it!!!

I ordered this as there are many good reviews but I had allergic reactions after taking one dose such as itchiness and rash. This never happened to me before with other iron supplements. Wanted to return but got a message from amazon saying that it cannot be returned. Very sad.

A lot of liquid vitamins usually have an awful taste and you don’t know if it’s working or not. I’m a cancer patient and have had issues with my iron levels since day one. I started this with the hopes of not having to add another pill to my regime. Well, I’m glad that I found this product because not only does it not have an awful taste/after taste it actually works. Happy to have found this and I will continue taking it!
