WARNING: I NEARLY DIED!! Product to be recalled

See that pointy piece of wood that I placed on the top edge of the jar in the picture. That piece of wood was inside the jar, and I put it in my mouth when I spooned a portion of of the product. I was very lucky to not have ingested it. The ingestion of it could have resulted in a large variety of severe issues!These are not admissible mistakes! This product must be recalled immediately!I pray that nobody find another unlucky jar.Similarly I pray I have not already I just ed other pieces of this wood.I BEG FOR A RECALL of this product!
