Genuinely a great machine, great invention
The media could not be loaded. Brilliant little icordy machine, fantastic invention & investment , it’s a little expensive but worth the money as I made around 5mtrs of cord in about half a hour, I stopped every 10/15mins so not to over work it. It worked from the first time I hooked it up, instructions are straightforward and easy to read. I attached mine to a high shelf so I had the drop for the weights , this stopped it twisting up as much ( I used a lower table first time and it seemed to twist a lot, but you can untwist easily) I bought 2 hand cordy makers which where not cheap and they are a nightmare to use so this little ingenious machine solved all the hassle, I absolutely recommend and love this icordy it makes my craft a lot easier. I love something that actually is fit for purpose 👌🤩

So simple to use with outstanding results.
This machine is really useful, simple to use and really outstanding results. It's a long way from my father putting 4 nails into the top of an empty cotton reel and we called it 'corking' It was delightful then but now it's so much easier and quicker. Brilliant.

Cool electric I-cord knitting machine
I think this electric I-cord machine is a great tool for beginners but also a useful tool for the more experienced knitters. The knitting machine comes nicely boxed and has everything you need to use it right away. It even has a little bit of yarn included with it to get started. It’s pretty straightforward to use this this although initially I found this a little bit fiddly however once I discovered the QR code on the instruction manual which leads you to various set up videos on YouTube - I was up and running right away. You clamp the knitter on the table - plug it in and then thread the yarn through the centre of the apparatus and through the loop and then turning the handle manually initially looping the yarn over the needles. Once it’s looped on making sure that the yarn is loose enough to pull through you set the machine going and it works wonderfully efficiently allowing you to create some great I-cords. There are also some weights included which keep the cord at the right tension and pull the yarn through.Whilst this is easy to use I think it will take a little practice to get perfect results. The machine is quiet in operation but I wish that the power lead was a little longer. Fortunately it’s powered by a standard USB C power cord so you can get your own longer one if need be.Overall I think this knitting machine is great funbut also a useful tool for creating some nice knitted items. This would make a great present for a creative child and something I am happy to recommend

Difficult to use
Yarn supplied wouldn’t stay on the needles, despite following troubleshooting instructions, expensive for what it was . Returned.

Really pleased!
1st machine I ordered was faulty and I was very disappointed. However, I returned it and got a replacement machine and it's just brilliant! Excellent instructions and super easy to use. I would definitely recommend now

Good item, could be better.
This machine does have potential, but sadly it is troublesome and prone to missing stitches and clogging up, the USB from a PC / standard USB charging port doesn't seem to be enough, the machine will not pull wool through it at all, it has to be unravelled for it, which is a bit of a pain. Only when I connected it up to a MacBook USB C did it seem to get enough puff to do the job without going wrong. Sadly I will be sending it back, that's not to say it doesn't do the job, but it doesn't do it well enough for my patience not to be tested!
