It is must to have product as it is built up of very good plastic. The entire jet spray has high quality coating which looks like steel and gives appearance. The jet spray is amazing to use as it gives appropriate pressure which does its work well. The pipe is stiff i feel due to cold as i feel it may crack ,the product quality must be improved at lease should not be stiff in NCR ,LEAVING aside other northern cold states.

🚨 Beware! Hindware’s 12-Year Warranty? More Like 12 Months! 🚨I trusted Hindware’s tall claims of a 12-year warranty, but their plastic jet lever didn’t even last a year! I bought two units, installed them in separate bathrooms, and shockingly, both cracked and broke at the exact same spot with regular use. And mind you, I live alone—there’s no rough handling involved!This is a clear case of poor design and subpar plastic quality. It’s disappointing that a reputed brand like Hindware would sell such a flawed product without proper durability testing.If the company truly stands by its so-called warranty, I expect a free replacement for this defective product. Hindware, do the right thing!

it's truly worth your money works very smoothly even if ur overhead tank is above the toilet the water pressure is there looks smart is light weight the pipe that I took is one & a half metre as per my requirement so I am satisfied

Optional to buy without hose!
Hose is too hard is made of a plastic material. But the sprayer is Okay.

very good product if you are looking for use in low water pressure
We have overhead tank just above the bathroom and the water pressure is very poor. I was thinking about installing a pressure pump but just gave a blind try to this Jet gun. but it magically solved our issue about the low or no water pressure.
