The first thing you'll notice about these probiotics is that they don't smell like medicine; opening the bottle releases a fresh orange smell. I’ve been taking it everyday for about 2 weeks now & have noticed my bloat has decreased, I’m about a inch smaller in my waist (swear) & I was struggling for whatever reason last few months with a odd odor (tmi) & tried everything to get rid of it including boric acid, ph soap both which did not work. Has a pleasant citrus scent and are easy to swallow capsules. I can't say they are working to their fullest benefit for me. I'd like to think they are helping with my energy levels and overall comfort, but I question their functionality for me after my face started breaking out more than before. I may take one every other day instead of every day if its just a case of too much or a coincidence. I'd say these are worth trying for the omegas.
