great budget smart watch
bought it as an alternative to apple watch im using an apple phone. it syncs with your health app so thats a plus. so far everything is good and setup is pretty straight forward. ive yet to test how well it does its exercise/sleep but im not really too concerned on that. as long as it has some tracking, a rough estimate should work for me.if youre looking for something that measures these things more accurately, then be ready to pay premium.
