I'm now an ex-smoker!
I am now 2 months free of cigarettes thanks to these patches. They do take the edge off, and used with the lozenges worked a treat. Definitely use combination NRT, it really does work!

Not water resistant as stated
The one thing I'm disappointed with, is that it is not remotely water resistant as stated. I wasn't expecting to be able to swim in it, but certainly have a shower. Every time it falls off!Has provided adequate levels of nicotine though.

I quit for good!
This product is great, I finally quit for good!Smoker for more than 20 year, willing to quit but not to go through madness and kill my partner. These help me a lot with my mood and craving. When I decided to stop the patches as well, the level was then so low that was easy. Highly recommend for who wants to quit with some help

Give it a try!!
Adhesion is not good, but if you're determined to stop just use surgical tape. It keepa the patch securely seated so it does the job.I am now on 7mg and 2 months without a single drag, I feel much better, I have way more energy and don't get out of breath walking up a big hill never mind the stairs.Do it you will feel so much better in yourself, you will look better, smell better and most if all you will be rich lol - good luck x
