PHYSIOGNOMY: The Art of Reading People

I suggest starting to implement some of the things taught to you in this book as you go along. Because of the detail, you'll forget most of what you've learnt unless you have a genious memory. So if anything start on the specific body parts and test and master the information then move on. Anyway book is official though, if you really want to learn this quick though you need time and maybe even to do a course on it, which is pricey.

Probably an interesting book but so badly translated that some things are near impossible to understand as they don't really seem to make any sense.
