How long does it last once opened in the refrigerator?

I usually use a jar of the tomato paste within one weeks time, however a couple of times a half used jar was refrigerated for two weeks and was still good.

You can go to their website at bionaturae.com. The only ingredient listed is pure tomato paste. I buy it all the time. There are no preservatives or additives other than spices. Its made in Italy
