Great product!
Gave this as a Christmas gift to my four year old grandaughter and she Loved it! The product is kid and adult friendly and easy to put together. We played for hours until she was able to bump me hard enough for the Blue Bear to pop out his seat. These Bumpers cars even Blow real Smoke which was a great add-on to the product. Its a must have if you have young children........you wont be dissapointed with this purchase!

Trust me, you'll want to read this review!
ok... so I bought this, and it was a steal for the price point ($11).Pros:- Price- speed of cars- fun factor- easy to put characters back into the cars after being bumped- easy to learnCons- The mist for one of my cars is not as good as the other- the music is really annoying!Note: I didn't have high expectations for this toy cus I know they're a dime a dozen, but it does a lot of things really well.If you notice one of the cars not moving well, check the wheels. Hair gets caught up in the wheels and you'll need tweezers to remove the hair.As for the music, well.... that was an easy fix. There's no button to turn off the music so I opened the car and located the speaker in the front part of the car. There are two white wires. You only need to cut one right where it connects to the speaker (not near the circuit board) and boom, problem solved!

Funny, cute, crash cars
My grandson loves these bumper cars. They are loud and have steam coming from the back. When the cars crash the little toys pop out. He just finds this hilarious. We play with these almost every day. They do take a good amount of batteries in each remote but the car comes with a rechargeable battery. I like that you're able to turn both the cars and remotes off to save the batteries. You little ones will love them. The battery in the cars lasts about 1 hour if you have constant play. I recommend.

Fun
These are the funnest set of remote control cars I've gotten for my toddler. For most of the ones I've gotten, the descriptions exaggerate the reality of the toy. I was expecting the same for this product especially given the low price, but I was pleased that this is not only a lot of fun, but it works well and is durable. It's simple to operate too: forwards, backwards, left and right. They move at a good speed too. They aren't super fast with an overly sensitive remote control and they aren't sluggish. They have just the right amount of pep. The only annoying thing is the music, which is super loud and indecipherable when both cars are blasting music, but fortunately there is a way to turn off the music.

Very frustrating for an older person
I have been putting off this review as I really do want to give five-star reviews. I just cannot for this R.C. toy. It was tedious and irritating from the very beginning. Younger people may be just fine with this toy. They will be better equipped to get their fingers and eyesight lined up with the tasks required to set this up. The "rechargeable" battery they provide is a throwback to the 90s. It plugs in like the old cordless phone batteries did. I do not know what the technical name for it is. You have to take these tiny, black plugs and line up the little pins to plug together in order to plug into your wall adapter to charge the battery. The battery is the size of a AA. When the battery is charged up, which does not take long, you remove the part that connects it to the wall adapter and now have to plug it in the exact same way you did the charging cable. Meaning the little black plug where you have to line it up with the pins to have it snap together and put into the battery compartment. Very tedious. I could not see how to line up the pins as it was so tiny. I had to get a flashlight and a magnifying glass to accomplish this. That was irritating as well because to line up a flashlight and a magnifying lens at the same time was enough to make me want to stop right there and toss it in the garbage. I have tackled a lot of rechargeable toys for my 2 1/2 year-old grandson and none were this antiquated. You dId not need to work with ancient parts. You just plugged In the R.C. toy to an adapter to charge it up and away you went. This seemed to take forever. Apparently, there are two different models of this toy. One which is "rechargeable" like the one I got or one which takes three AA batteries. The rechargeable battery goes into the same place where AA batteries go if set up for that method. I would have taken the AA batteries over this 'rechargeable" battery model any day of the week! The little cartoon figure that sits in the car does not want to sit in the car! I wrote the seller twice with questions. One being how to get the figure to sit where it should. I received a prompt answer, which did help. There is a round pin you make sure to push down and the figure will sit more appropriately. It doesn't take anything to set that pin off which pops the figure out of the car. Once I got everything set up and started to go through the controls, the car would barely operate on the carpet. I had to take it to the floor with no carpet. Honestly, my reviewing of this toy stopped at that point as I knew I did not like this toy at all and was very frustrated and irritated by it. At how much it cost I felt it should have worked every bit as smoothly as others I've set up for that price. I would not wish this toy on an enemy! I also know my review may be so negative due to my age and my bodie's inability to get it to see and articulate as it once did.

really fun, but loud
These bumper cars are a blast! The ejecting feature and LED lights keep my kids entertained for hours, and the music adds extra fun but can be distrurbing loud after a while.

ONE MAJOR FLAW
It took my 3 yr old a bit to grasp what was going on, even though I told him to hit my car, but once he realized what was going on, he was all in!These are super fun, and we even added a third non-ejecting car in the mix to make things more interesting. We played on hard floors as well as carpet. They do work on carpet, but turning is interesting. My 3 yr old was super sad when they ran out of battery, but me and the oldest were glad they only came with 1 battery. The music, is UNBEARABLE, no pun intended.... it just wont stop, no button shuts it off, you can choose from 3 torture settings, but NOT off.......what were they thinking? thats so insanely brain dead. The lights are cool, and not too bright so that's acceptable. These are a blast, but honestly without being able to shut the music off, we can only take so much, so i have to take it away for a week after 1 use....it so unbearable, annoying, and like torture. This one mistake makes this toy a CANNOT RECOMMEND - AVOID!
