The first time I took a single capsule I got a bad stomach and bit of high blood pressure off it, so left it for a couple of days and tried again but this time I added a caffeine+L theanine capsule (100mg+200mg) plus an alpha gpc capsule(300mg) and later in the day had couple of drinks of Tea(60mg caffeine) a protein coffee (100mg caffeine)and a monster(160mg caffeine) and another caffeine+L theanine cap(saa), I was sweating buckets and burning up that day and that night had trouble sleeping with a tight chest so to give it a fair go decided to take it again the following morning but with no extra caffeine in my system and felt pretty great, awake and more alert but without the extra caffeine started to feel depleted of energy by mid afternoon so not too bad (about 6-7 hours of feeling more focused) but wouldn't take a second capsule at lunchtime in fear of not being able to sleep at night.They do work but in extreme cases of fatigue amphetamines wouldn't even energise you, they'd probably deplete you more, same with coffee and guarana or any other stimulant for that matter, slight fatigue and general tiredness these work wonders, i find the stimulant effect of guarana alone to be a cleaner caffeine hit than coffee or Tea ( caffeine from coffee can give me racy thoughts but still consume it) and definitely has a better focus and mental clarity effect than coffee.Works well for add/adhd. just don't add extra caffeine especially over the 400mg recommended daily intake!Don't think I'll try 2 capsules on the morning though because they're very strong and I don't want that high blood pressure or tight chest to come back, all in all a good bargain for the price and the strength of these capsules. Amazing results!

Didn’t like the idea of taking pure caffeine tablets so thought I’d try these.So far I think they help with energy.

I felt a great boast of energy however i also get extremely thirsty but due to busy world load i barely have time to drink so much water that is needed. i plainly need 2L after 1 pill, thats 4 L for 2 pills

Supposedly has high caffeine content, which was the reason I wanted it. No effect whatsoever. Also it's claimed to be good for the skin (with which I had no problem). The only health effect I have noticed is that I am now coming out in spots! I accept that may be an unlucky coincidence, but I wouldn't recommend them.

Changed over onto this from the one I normally use.I’m not sure it’s very effective. Could be because I’m not feeling great in general but my other guarana tablets would still lift me enough to keep me awake. I fell to sleep on these so don’t think based on that that they are any good. I’ll keep trying but not holding out that I’ll feel anything from them.Some weeks in now so reporting back. These do not work at all!

È incredibile!!!Una sola capsula veramente una sferzata di energia per almeno 7/8ore, io lo assumo verso le 18 prima del turno di notte e mi aiuta in maniera incredibile ad affrontare la cosa!
