K&F Concept EN-EL25 Battery 1600mAh 2-Pack EN-EL25A Battery and Dual LCD Battery Charger for Nikon Z50, Z30, Z FC Camera MH-32 Battery Charger

I bought these because I got shipped out a defective battery with my Nikon Z50II. The original intention was to check whether my battery was bad or the camera so it was purchased mainly just for that. After finding out I got sent a defective battery from Nikon, they sent me a replacement battery, and this new charger actually charges the newer EN-EL25A Nikon battery also, which I expected it to, but its still nice. Actually ended up being good batteries that charge decently fast. I actually like how it has the bar to show charge percentage. I’ve had these batteries maybe a couple weeks and they've been pretty solid on the few times I go out and shoot.

Batteries work great as expected. They last 3-5 hours and work just as good as the name brand batteries I have for my Nikon camera.

I tested these batteries with my Nikon Z50. I found they do not last as long as the original OEM battery when recording video and also the maximum video clip length I could record was reduced by about half, probably due to overheating.I was able to record 100 minutes of 1080p 60Hz video with these batteries. That is about half of the 208 minutes I recorded using the OEM battery. Also, the OEM battery was able to record 30 minute clips (which is the max my camera supports) without stopping whereas with these batteries recording halted after anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes. I am assuming the shortened clips was due to overheating as I was not watching the camera when the recordings stopped. Note, this was indoors in a 70 degree environment, not outside in the blazing heat.As far as the charger, I found it took 2 1/2 hours to fully charge a depleted battery. Note also that the charger does not come with an adapter so you will have to supply your own. The charger is also able to charge the OEM battery.These batteries are an inexpensive way to have backup power for your camera but I probably wouldn't want them as my primary battery due to their limited life.

I don't know what all there is to say. K&F is a brand that I use frequently with camera equipment. So far... everything I get from them, at least, meets my expectations. These batteries are no different. Got these, charged them up and specifically tested them out with all day shooting. I had 2 different events across 2 days and I'm pleased to say that these captured about 600 frames the first day, and on standby while I was using my other body... then probably 300 frames the second day, (with the second battery) again on standby while using the other body. I did not test them using video so I can't say much to that however, I suspect they would hold their own to the OEM battery whilst shooting 4k30. All-in-all, not a bad option for spare batteries and external charger. I would recommend.

These batteries are perfect for my Z30. They charge fairly quick via the K&F charger. They also hold charge for quite some time. My only complaint is that I wish the batteries fit flush in the charger doubling as a case. This would make it easier to travel with. Outside of that, highly recommended!
