These hydrogen tabs work great. The taste is slightly off putting at first but you get used to it pretty quick. These tablets are perfect for every day or on the go/travel.

Purchased due to all the health benefits/claims. Took for several months & all I got was bloating & regular bowel movements. There are other products that offer far superior benefits

These hydrogen tablets work as they are advertised. Shipping was fast. After just a couple days I had much less joint discomfort and muscle soreness. I overall felt better. I take one in the morning and one in the early evening with 12 once's of water. Recommended.

Tablets, dissolve, easily and water, leaving little to no residue. Taste is as expected. I’m a fan of hydrogen. I have a hydrogen producing machine that I use as well. These tabs are great for travel. I’m not a plant or a paid advertiser or a bot. I’m a real person. I do wish that the tabs were a little cheaper. I’m retired and on limited income.
