Simple to apply and it really works – silverfish activity dropped within days. No strong smell, and it’s discreet enough to place around the home.

I can recommend this treatment as 'working' and will keep a bottle ... (updated)
I rented a new flat and found it had big adult siverfish running around all over the place...Day and night.Until i moved into this flat i had only seen small siverfish less than 1/2 inch long and it didnt bother me.These thing were much bigger and gave me 'the creeps'.Bought 1Lt of 'siverfish killer' and spayed around the skirting boards/carpet area and same in kichen/bathrooms of the whole flat.Finding lots of dead and dying adult silverfish daily. Can only assume its doing the same to the juveniles only too small to see.You will see the odd live one, but chances are it is in the process of dying.Have gone to pick up a few 'dead' bodies, and they have done a quick squirm, and then motionless....deadI can recommend this treatment as 'working' and will keep a bottle on hand in case i need to treat again in the coming months.Update:I had used a liter initially and it worked really well and after a month or so i only spotted the occasional dead or dying silverfish as i was vacuuming the carpet, or cleaning kitchen or bathroom floor.Started to see a few live ones after about 6 months so got another bottle and spayed the flat again.Have only seen dead ones for over a year since last treatment.Only now after over a year since last treatment, I am starting to see them appear again so Im going to treat once more.Never going to get rid of them completely as I am 1 apartment out of 12.They seem to live in the ceiling spaces and floor spaces and only enter the areas inhabited by us to look for food or new areas to infest.Impossible to stop as they get through smallest cracks. They even drop occasionally from a light fitting and land on my coffee table in lounge. All you can do in this kind of situation is treat once a year to keep them from inhabiting your space.

good
after reading a number of reviews i decided to try it and would say that the product is good, however not all silverfish will die after 1 use. i suppose it depends on the scale of the issue. i'd say mine was medium. i sprayed it once and was observing effects over following a couple of weeks. i found dead or almost dead silverfish in the area i sprayed and then waited until i saw them coming back. sprayed that area and waited again. they did come back but there were less of them. so i would say just see how it goes.the liquid has a gentle smell that if sprayed too much may be overpowering. in this case open windows and it will go away quickly.overall it works - just need to be a little bit patient for results.

Where have all the silverfish gone?
Great stuff. No smell, no residue, no marking or staining. Really frightens the silverfish away, and those that do take the risk of crossing over a sprayed area soon end up in silverfish heaven. Found a few dead or dying ones after spraying. We were not inundated with them but kept finding a few in the kitchen and bathroom. I sprayed all round the base of the units in the kitchen and behind any cupboards etc. where it was possible. In the bathroom I sprayed round the shower plughole as it was only in the shower where I found them. Found an odd or two live ones in the kitchen after the spraying then realised I hadn't sprayed round the area where the central heating pipes came through the floor. A very tiny gap round them but that is where they must have been coming from. Sprayed round the pipes and fingers crossed, no signs of them either dead, dying or alive for several days now. I respray round the shower drain after every use of the shower. I also leave a stick of cinnamon in the shower and under the sink in the kitchen as apparently the silverfish don't like the smell of this. Whether true or not all seems to be working. Just ordered another can of the spray just to be on the safe side.

Amazing silverfish killer
So we recently moved to a new house and we unfortunately realised shortly after moving in we had a silverfish problem on the tiles in our kitchen which would only come out at night. We promptly bought this and sprayed during the day. We didn’t realise the extent of the problem until we sprayed our kitchen with this. The next morning we found about 20 dead silverfish scattered along our floor. md even after one spray it kept working, as the next morning there was 10 more, and the following morning around 5 more. Repeated an application on day 3 and found even more. Since 2 applications we haven’t seen any more silverfish so or definitely works! Our kitchen is huge and we still have plenty of spray left so it’s super effective. Would recommend this if you suffer a silverfish problem. The downside, if you consider it a downside, is it will unceremoniously also kill spiders who have been unfortunate enough to cross our kitchen floor. Personally I don’t like killing spiders as they’re good for pest control and prefer to let them outside, but it’s a general pesticide that will work on most critters.

Patience and perseverance required
I agree that it does kill silverfish and I guess it acts as a repellent because their numbers have sharply decreased since I have been using it. However, these little critters seem very subborn to totally eradicate. Patience and perseverance is the key. I have applied the spray three times in the first week and I am still finding the odd one or two still alive (as well as several dead ones). However, prior to using the product I was spotting up to a dozen a night wriggling around on the kitchen floor. Don't get disheartened if the product does not work immediately - keep at it. I am going to buy a second bottle. In my fight against silverfish, there's only going to be one winner - and that's ME.
