I ordered these because I grew tired of drinking Creatine every day, not the best flavor and drinking 16oz of it just wasn’t pleasing. Ordered these thinking the delivery method would be much easier, and it is, but there’s a downside.There is absolutely no way there is any creatine in these gummies. Possibly a small amount, but not 5g as advertised. I don’t feel any of the effects like I do when I’m taking the powder Creatine. I could go a whole day without drinking water and these won’t dehydrate me like the powder does. I don’t get extended periods of higher energy levels like I use to. I even started taking 3 gummies a day now for almost 3 weeks.Wish I could get my money back. Such a rip off for $40.
