I take many health supplements and have for many years. I was looking for a good overall supplement for gut health that would be easy to travel with me. These fit the bill, so I took the chance. As I’ve learned to do with many supplements, I ingested these for more than 30 days and then I stopped. I noticed the difference within a couple of days of stopping. These definitely help my gut and, surprisingly, they also seem to help my energy and my cognition. Basically, this means I could tell a definite difference in those areas after I took a break from taking these. So now these are a staple in my daily diet and I’m very thankful that they come in little packages to make them very portable. I do recommend these gummies. The taste is not terrible but doesn’t really taste like candy the way that a lot of gummies do today. You know you’re taking a health supplement but it’s not exactly unpleasant taste. The size is relatively small, they’re easy to chew and be done with. So chewing these is not unpleasant, but it’s definitely not like candy.Also, I often space mine out during the day. I’ll take two or three at a time.One of my concerns about taking this product was that it would duplicate the excellent multivitamin that I’m already taking. So I worried about doubling up on multivitamin intake. My multivitamin intake had been working successfully for me for many years (as evidenced by my health response and positive medical checkups) and it was difficult for me to find a good multivitamin that actually worked for me. However, I’m glad to report that these do not seem to adversely duplicate my multivitamin - which seems weird to me, but it’s the fact. Ditto with mushroom supplements. I also take other mushroom supplements and I was concerned that these were duplicate those, but my body’s response seems to be very positive from adding this supplement to my already robust supplement regimen.I’m now on a routine purchase of this product as an ongoing health supplement that improves my health in several areas.

I love these! Actually I can’t live without them. They taste delicious, they don’t have a funky smell like some veggie gummies, and they are effective for digestion. I take them midday and they are my little midday treat that give me a little boost.. The ingredients are packed with 60+ vitamins and minerals, prebiotics, super mushroom for brain and gut health, adaptogens to help manage stress, and antioxidants to help fight against free radicals. Great flavor and texture, doesn’t feel or taste like you’re eating something that’s good for you! It’s like a treat and it helps your health. An easy way to ensure your body is getting what it needs, and a great snack!

I can eat them, could taste better, but could be a lot worse. Not candy, but not bad for vitamins. I think they would be better with maybe different flavoring like apple. I do not like the price so I've started taking half a pack a day. I'm dieting and knew I needed extra nutrients. I like that I can throw them in my purse. I don't know if I feel any better, but I have been busier than usual so it's hard to tell. I haven't been sick so the immunity aspect must be working.

I have been taking these gummies for a few weeks. 100% helps my GI system - where as regular vitamins leave me - to be frank - constipated. These do not have any adverse issues with my body. Have noticed a bit of uptick in energy levels. Yes the gummy packs are stuck together - but they taste good. Look forward to my treat each day.

My husband and I kept seeing reviews on tik tok and we know we have some vitamin deficiency and don’t take multivitamins. So we decided to give them a try. After about two weeks we started to feel energized. More alert not overly tired in the afternoon craving started to subside. After about two months we feel better. Skin feels and looks brighter. He notices a difference in his overall appearance and body. Not picking all day or binge eating. The taste is ok not horrible. I quickly chew them up. Like any other change to your body allow couple weeks for your body to accumulate. We like the quality and convenience of our order. Yes they are pricey especially both of us use but we feel better.

I don’t even know where to start! After 3wks I’ve lost 8lbs! No joke, I was recently looking into lipo but after 3wks on Gruns my waistline is back in check. I usually deal with a lot of GI discomfort and bloating. I’d experience nausea most mornings. Since around day 4 of Gruns I haven’t experienced any discomfort, nausea or bloating. I don’t get nearly enough fiber so my digestion was terrible. I wasn’t regular. I’d go maybe twice a week, now it’s like twice a day. I don’t want to give TMI but that was so important to me. And the vitamins are absolutely delicious. They are not gummies and I’m glad because I don’t like gummies. These have a pleasant taste and texture. They’ve been so effective for me several of my friends have subscribed. I definitely recommend. They ARE pricey but so worth the money. I’m not a patient person and I want to see near instant results and Gruns delivered

We were excited to try these to supplement the fiber were know we needed, especially being on a GLP-1. The first bag (sugar free) was delicious, and my husband and I decided the price was worth it an ordered another. We found the second bag to have a completely different flavor - almost tart, compared to the first which was perfectly sweet. Took a side by side picture - and it's hard to see, but the sheen on the gummies were slightly different too. They're not bad, but hoping our next bag go back to the flavor of the first.
